I am 8 years old customer of this hotel but in this time we faced lots of issues. I have booked super deluxe room but room like deluxe catagory. Food experience is very bad. Everyday facing shortage and so much poor quality. For dinner charged rs. 400+gst show manu image soup to desert but quality is very bad. In starter given finger chips and it's qty is hardly 15 chips. So i request all of you if you have no any option in surat hotel then plan stay here. If we complain our problem to the manager no any positive reply from his side. Very arrogant and rudely answer given.

Rooms are not at par with the price. Hotel rooms were dirty. Diffrence in the image and actual room quality.

Pillows are bad,tv is not working,only you can watch 4-5 channels even tooth kit is chargeable,AC is not working properly Not suitable for family, even electric wires are visible,very bad experience

Good location. Overall average experience. Room had a very strong, nauseating paint smell. Fixtures & fittings were broken/old. Breakfast was basic. There was huge disturbance all through the night from the upper floor, with people practising loud music instruments.
