A great new hotel (been open 3 months apparently). For the price we paid, it was great value for money. Super clean. Access to a good fully equipped gym a 2 min walk away. A nice pool. Even had free bananas and biscuits in the lobby.
Has a few quirky things but they don’t impact anything. Friendly service. I would stay there again if I come to Surat Thani.
A 25 min walk or a 4 minute drive to the night markets (20 baht each in a pick up truck or ~70 baht grab taxi)

Dirty washroom. Room was lacking furniture. The stairs to the pool are dangerous.

The room is spacious, beautifully decorated, giving a condo-like feel. The bathroom floor is not beautiful, but other parts are beautiful. The bed is very soft and comfortable, clean, and the air conditioner is cool. The building is located deep inside. There is a large parking lot next to the main road, so there is no noise from the road and it does not disturb sleep. The hotel's swimming pool is also available for outsiders to use (for a fee), and those staying at the hotel can use the fitness center opposite for free (open-air fitness center). There is a 7-Eleven within walking distance. The only disadvantage is that the maid cleans quite early, so there may be some noise when cleaning the next room. Overall, the quality is reasonable for the price. I recommend staying here.

The accommodation is convenient, safe and clean. There is also a small grocery store where we can buy personal items. Most importantly, it is very close to the airport and a parking lot. It is very convenient for traveling to Surat Thani Airport to catch a flight.

Excellent new hotel with a swimming pool and a gym a few minutes away, where you can go for free from the hotel. Excellent wi fi. At the reception you can drink coffee and have a snack of toast and cookies.
