Popular Surat Thani 4-star Hotels

We stayed here to be close to the airport, so location was not great. Really your quite in trouble if your hungry, so make sure to hit up the surrounding malls before they close at 9pm. Or your only option will be 711 (which isn’t terrible!?) We were reluctant to stay here after a bad experience with B2 Ao Nang. But this one was MUCH better ran!! Cleaner , and the staff was so wonderful! It is a great bang for your buck. Would definitely stay here again. Only wish they had a gym!

The actual place covers everything. Good location, next to the main road, quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The room's security system is very tight. All employees provide good service. But about breakfast There is too much emphasis on local food. There is no American Breakfast besides bread/tea, milk, coffee. We saw a foreign couple sitting and eating. We thought, will they be able to eat it? We are people from the central region. Still can only eat fried pork with steamed rice. And bread. We think that sometimes it's about food. There may be some switching.

We were planning to spend 3 nights here but we cancelled after 1 night. The place is in the middle of nowhere ... it could be a little paradise if it was maintained properly ! Everything is left like this... dirty, old , not fixed... the restaurant is average and closes early (9.00 pm)... The swimming pool is a joke and the pictures on the page do not reflect at all the reality !!!! It is dirty, blurry, the 3 loungers are broken and seem to have had a better life 15 years ago ! Finally the breakfast is a shame ! We had to choose between eggs eggs and eggs on the night before, including the time slot ! It was not good at all, and sherry on the cake... the staff who brought our food was dressed in dirty and destroyed clothes as coming from building works activity !!!! I have to highlight that the management accepted our cancellation and did not charge us for the 2 nights we cancelled.

Delighted to find that Evergreen (and many other hotels) are opening again all across Thailand. While there is still no international tourism in the country, local tourists and business travelers are beginning to play a role in economic recovery. The hotel continues to provide an excellent product. Welcoming, convenient, clean and comfortable. And a good sized carpark too (which was totally full as we left early morning, so clearly business is pretty good). We will be back!

I'm sure at one time this was a four-star hotel. The decor is lovely, the rooms are neat and clean, the beds are very good but the amenities are lacking. the rooms provide a pot to make hot water and coffee cups to go with it but no coffee or tea is available. The only soap for a shower were the small standard bars of soap no body wash or gel as is customary here. There was shampoo however. As we walked about last night we noticed that there was a large restaurant and entertainment venue along the river but it looked like it had been closed for many months. Breakfast this morning was the worst that I have had in Thailand. We had to select from a menu when we came in yesterday and I expected to go down to a restaurant and eat but it was delivered this morning to our door and all of the food was cold, especially the eggs which I abhor. I don't remember the price difference between a room with or without breakfast or even if there was a price difference but this was a poor attempt at any kind of breakfast. I am very disappointed. Lastly, I will say that the views are very nice and we are on the highest floor, the sixth floor period with a view of the river and downtown Surat Thani.

Staff, good service, clean room, located in the city center, convenient to travel, near Makro, spacious parking lot, security guards downstairs, hot drinks and breakfast bread. The room has drinking water, soap, and towels. The room is clean, the air conditioner is cool, and the water pressure is good. The price is economical, overall it's okay.

We had to spend just one night before taking the ferry at good time the next morning and we chose this hotel . Super !!! Not disappointed !!! The hotel is very well placed ! The hotel is very clean and very clean. In the room, the bed is especially big, you can even sleep at 4 so the bed is large, everything is functional, a large office full of electrical takes, a beautiful shower, even the shampoo and the shower freezing feel good, everything is perfect. The only small blame: a big hiding cord that separates the room from the shower room, and toilets...a little disturbing for the toilets... and the white plastic shower cord that denotes with the super decor of the room... but sincerely for the The staff is really adorable. If I go back to Suratthani, I will go back without hesitate to this hotel !!! It's an exceptional price quality ratio!! 👍🏼 Bravo for deco !!! Bravo for everything !!! 👍🏼

I arrived 2 hours earlier and was checked in immediately, for which I thank you very much. The room has panoramic windows, light and beautiful. However: Of the obvious disadvantages - the location is far from any infrastructure and VERY dirty. There was someone else's black hair on the bed linen, a lot of it. The linen did not leave a feeling of freshness, as if it had not been changed since the last guest. The reception staff does not speak English.

This place is a gem! Clean rooms, nice bathroom, great wifi (on my second stay it improved a lot). I would recommend this place to anyone, I did two (1) night stays here when I was waiting to catch a ferry or flight and both times I enjoyed my stay here! Would be good for couples or families as there is a cafe inside the hotel. 7-11 nearby within walking distance. No complaints from me in this place. Will stay here again in the future.
