We had an excellent time, Accomodation was pleasant with the location being awesome. It was right on the beach (No crossing roads), the pool and bbq area also overlooked the beach. From our balcony we could see the beach, pool and up the street towards Cavill Avenue so it was easy to keep an eye on the kids. The location was also only a short walk to the centre of Surfers paradise, but far enough away to not be affected by noisy people or venues. Trams and bike hire were close so you could cope without a car. The complex was noteably quiet with no noisy parties or rowdy people, we look forward to staying at One The Esplanade again.

Have stayed here over 7 times. Could always pick our apartment. We like the city side. Just called to book and told you get put where they put you. I asked why. Well if you have booked then the owner decides they want it, or we decide on the day to do work on the unit. Seriously you can’t organise your bookings to accommodate your guests like in the past. Oh well time to try other places.

Liked the bed. Sheets and pillow nice. View is great. Handy location and absolute beach front. TV is great. WiFi good. Management is great. Place to tie up bicycle. But towels are a bit threadbare and small. Not many cutlery.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. And best of all, the ocean view from the room was amazing! The room had everything I needed, so I didn’t have any trouble at all.

Perfect location, very comfortable place to stay with everything you could need. Has amazing views, bonus was having coffee on the patio and watching the whales.

We stayed for a week in a one bedroom apartment and it was the best we have ever been in. The North aspect of the building is the best in Surfers. The whole experience was great. The building is really well maintained. It’s very clean and the pool and gardens were immaculate. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We will definitely return next year.
