Great location, clean and tidy. Great service. Stayed here many times. Cafe is amazing.

We checked in late at night. The staff was very welcoming and nice. Upon entering our room, you could see the filth on the carpet. Stains and dirt everywhere. You can see food wrapper on the floor, which was probably left by the last guest. There were stains on towels. The body wash and conditioner bottles were both empty. When we tried to sleep at night, that's when we realised it was very dusty in the air and had given us an allergic reaction. We could not stop sneezing throughout the night. The ventilation was not very good. In saying that, the bed and bathroom were both clean. I raised my concerns with the front desk manager during check-out and he acknowledged the issues professionally. However, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

An excellent stay at a great hotel in an ideal location. The room was very clean and had a super comfortable bed. Highly recommend to other travellers.

Train station is a short walk away. Not suitable for traveller who don't walk much or elder people unless taking e hailing.
