"Everything was basic, but good except for the mattress. I felt like falling on one side, and I‘ve slept quite poorly for three nights. Kudos to the staff members though, who were all extremely friendly, joyful and helpful!"

"Cospa is the best. When you make a reservation and pay, you will instruct you to do it in advance. There is a color 々, but if you do as it says, there is no particular problem. If you have any questions, you can feel free to inquire via chat. It's simple, but I'm happy with the breakfast and dinner service. The staff is not resident, so the impression of your stay changes depending on other guests, and it may be a little stressful when you have trouble."

"We love everything of this hotel. Convenience, clean, great size of rooms, great variety of breakfast and great customer services. All of the receptionists are very friendly and helpful. They welcome us with their great smile, greet us every time when we walk in the hotel and answered all our enquiries patiently. We would give them 9 out of 10. we would say one thing we dont like is the bathroom. It’s bit less private due to the design of the glasses around the shower room."

"Easy check-in and access. Clean room and locker. Bathroom and common areas look clean. Friendly staff. They have lugguage scale that helpful for flyer."

"Pros: Convenient location. Everything is close by. The room is small but stylish. There's a shared kitchen with everything you need. Cons: It felt like the window, walls, and tiles in the bathroom had never been cleaned. They changed the bed linen for fresh ones, and that's it. During our four nights, they didn't clean the room even once, and they didn't take out the trash. Cockroaches I would recommend cleaning it up and getting rid of the cockroaches, and it will be fine."

"Great friendly service, a spacious room with good facilities, and just a 5-minute walk from Central Station. The only negative I encountered was that the housekeeping is quite bad, with a lot of dust on the table and bench, and small bits of food on the carpet (unfortunately ’ve found Rydges to have generally much lower quality housekeeping than other chains)."

"Staff are very friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out was quick and seamless. Room was spotless. One of the cleanest hotels I've ever been in and extra touches such as waters in the mini Fridge and communal kitchen with juices and cereal go a long way to making this pub accommodation, a boutique Sydney stay. The hot water needs some serious work which no doubt was in the works"

"We checked in late at night. The staff was very welcoming and nice. Upon entering our room, you could see the filth on the carpet. Stains and dirt everywhere. You can see food wrapper on the floor, which was probably left by the last guest. There were stains on towels. The body wash and conditioner bottles were both empty. When we tried to sleep at night, that's when we realised it was very dusty in the air and had given us an allergic reaction. We could not stop sneezing throughout the night. The ventilation was not very good. In saying that, the bed and bathroom were both clean. I raised my concerns with the front desk manager during check-out and he acknowledged the issues professionally. However, I wouldn't recommend staying here."

"The lobby is not easy to find, it is in the bar, but the preservation will ask if you have booked the main character's accommodation and guided in as long as you see the map on your hand. The counter staff is very enthusiastic and the explanation is very careful. If you have any needs, you will try your best to help. Thank you very much. Unfortunately, this place is busy with traffic. There may be drunk people talking very loudly at night. They will be noisy early in the morning. It is not recommended for people who sleep lightly, unless you can sleep like a pig like me. Overall good, you can come to eat without accommodation"
