the location is great. about 5 mins from the Central Station. the cleanliness is okay in general. i stayed 3 nights here , but i m not sure why my room had not been cleaned and tidied up while i have hanged the clean my room sign on my door before i left the hotel in the morning. it hasn’t been clean when i was back in late pm. i called the reception asked for a set of new towels but the staff sounded surprised of what i asked. they did gimme a new towel at last.

GGuest UserVery cozy and modern hotel, with a beautiful design of the rooms. Breakfast with organic products, freshly squeezed juice and delicious coffee. Large selection in the mini-bar. Located near the train station (maximum 10 minutes with suitcases, the nearest large Coles supermarket is also 10 minutes away), there are many cafes in the area. Entrance to the hotel by electronic cards, no strangers, 24-hour reception. The room is quite spacious and clean, they clean well, soap and toiletries with an awesome aroma. Plenty of towels, excellent water pressure. There is an elevator, a terrace on the top floor. It is quiet at night, no extraneous sounds disturb. The staff is extremely friendly, our Russian card, of course, did not work, they laughed, said that if anything, they will take cash for additional services (like a mini-bar).

Ccereneeeeeee57hotel is really beyond my expectation. I'm a solo traveller, the single room is just enough size and space for me! Clean, simple, no frills, and yet functional! Location is great, just a 5mins walk from central station, has loads of cafes around, great for coffee lover like me. Coffee machine is available 24/7. Complimentary pastries and cookies available every morning. I will book again for my nx trip!

TTonkapiI reckon housekeeping didn’t make our room at all. The bed wasn’t look nice and neat but we were so tried so we take that room. We knew that the room has not been cleaned because the housekeeper has entered the room without knocking twice and asked us “how was the room.” This is on us to not change the room but they also didn’t done their job well. Lobby staff are great and helpful.

JJIEThis is a two bedroom and one living room, with kitchen and laundry facilities, two bedrooms with one queen bed and one double bed. In the kitchen, there are cups, cups, spoons and forks, as well as toaster dishwashers. It is great for us to bring Chinese food in Australia. We bought noodles, eggs, and cooked ourselves at a nearby supermarket. The breakfast was awesome. However, the hotel does not provide toothpaste toothbrushes and disposable slippers, only shampoo and bath products. There is also a very close to the city center. The bus stops 5 to 6 to the town hall. There is Woolworth around 500 meters. The disadvantage is that the bathroom door is not moving very well. The water will be hot and cold when you take a bath, and if you don’t need to take a bath Supplies, even if only a little left, it won't add new ones to you the next day.

GGuest UserIn the city center, the hotel is very convenient for traveling. The parking lot next to it is led by service staff. In addition, the room is equipped with a kitchen where you can simply make homemade sandwiches or coffee. It is very comfortable and the price is relatively reasonable. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThis hotel is in a great location in Surry Hills. Steps away from the heart of Surry Hills on Crown st and yet also steps away from Oxford st in Darlinghurst. Tons of awesome food options (late night ones as well) are scattered around. The hotel is also about 15 minutes walk from central station and 15 minutes walk into the CBD or Chinatown, so it really is perfectly located. The staff are also very friendly and responsive to the needs of guests. I requested to change rooms for excess noise and they were able to upgrade my stay to a balcony room because of it. In terms of cleanliness, the carpets in the room and tiles in the bathroom need a good deep vaccuuming as there are particles and debris scattered around. Additionally the fresh towels are never quite the cleanest - I always found red, brown or black marks throughout the towels, in addition to hair which was not mine. There are also a lack of amenities - no fitness center or pool available. There is also guest laundry however it is for an outrageous price of $12 a cycle which is asinine. There is a nice cafe on the ground floor however, which is open to about 4pm everyday. It had good brunch food. Otherwise this is a great fun, quirky and colorful hotel and I would definitely be back!
