酒店樓上是KTV，夜裡12點被驚醒，樓上居然開始蹦迪，音響有共振效應，太吵了。根本沒辦法入睡。失眠失眠失眠😡😡😡

酒店門口沒有任何的引導標識，問過一圈人才知道。入住洗澡的時候沒有問題，洗完澡後蓮蓬頭掉落，因為不是洗澡時掉落未對我造成傷害，未追究酒店責任。第二天退房後服務員檢查發現蓮蓬頭掉落，酒店老闆打電話直接要追究責任，表明要報警立案，索要賠償。並且直接表明酒店清理房間後工作人員會拍攝視頻（其意就是説酒店工作人員在入住前有保存證據，現在蓮蓬頭掉落就直接光明正大把責任推給客人）我讓酒店老闆提供工作人員清房時檢查蓮蓬頭視頻，證明蓮蓬頭沒掉落的證據，老闆沒辦法提供。讓老闆當面對峙，老闆又説去外省。我是客人，入住酒店需要的是服務，並不是為了花錢買氣受。對此我直接投訴第三方入住平台，平台介入致歉（專門問過平台工作人員，老闆硬氣不肯道歉）1、我入住酒店不可能説專門把蓮蓬頭扯下來，對我沒任何好處2、房間其他東西都未損壞，就最高的蓮蓬頭掉落，難道是我刻意損壞？我沒有損壞物品的習慣3、蓮蓬頭支桿可旋轉，旋轉時未掉落，但是洗澡後是否是水加壓後造成的蓮蓬頭脱落？是否是其他客人掉落後又掛上去冤枉後一個入住的？老闆從不問其他，就刻意強調我的責任4、蓮蓬頭損壞是否為產品質量問題，產品問題客人不追究責任反倒被追究？對這家酒店的服務質量很不滿
