Food was not nice at all, we arrived at breakfast day two 9:45am and we were told hot breakfast was closed even breakfast was not meant to finish until 10am

Perfect in every way!
I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were so friendly which added to the perfect environment. My room was very clean and perfectly positioned to catch the light in the morning. I had the most luxurious massage (thanks Stephanie) and I'm already planning my next visit.
The grounds are immaculate and I loved seeing the ducks in the moat.
Kris and Gemma were on the front desk. They were very attentive and appear to genuinely love there job.
Overall, my visit to New Hall Hotel & Spa was perfect in every way.
