Staff Peni was very friendly and helpful. Helped me carrying my luggage to the second floor cause there's no elevator. Greets me everyday.
However, housekeeping left my door open for the entire day, I was back at the hotel at night, god knows if anyone has been inside. Didn't ask for housekeeping again during my stay.

As an IHG member, I expected to have a better experience. Staff was lovely at check in and check out and porter service was great. A lovely room and incredibly comfortable bed with lots of pillow options. Just disappointed by the bathroom which was tiny and awkward and water did not drain easily in both shower and sink. It was also near the laundry so noisy and not very restful. Great selection of food but be prepared to wait. It is a popular dining spot.

攜程預訂又是安排在不好位置的房間209，下午有人惡意敲門然後就跑了，可恨的是晚上剛睡着又被敲醒了，聲音很大！到前台投訴讓調監控找那個壞蛋，前台幫我換了一個新房間280，位置好，關鍵是衞生標準都不一樣，床單乾淨，原房間有頭髮，保險箱也是好的，原房間的就是個擺設沒發用。感覺是住了不同的兩個酒店。差評！

酒店位置好，周邊的博物館、市政廳等參觀及市場購物均步行可達，無需考慮停車和交通工具。退房時間是11點，不是楠迪多數酒店的10點。房間沒有免費wifi，公共區域有，晚上去泳池邊或海邊的躺椅上休息上網，挺方便。斐濟博物館比我預想的小，且正好趕上部分開放，主要展陳沒開，有些遺憾，據説年底全開；博物館商店有些隱蔽，不是很醒目，門關着，其實在營業，我買了1幅塔帕布的畫。再來蘇瓦，還會首選holiday inn

Очень комфортный номер, с балконом. Но так работает кондиционер, что пол покрывается конденсатом. При этом тапочки по-умолчанию не дают (нужно попросить). Можно заказать такси в аэропорт Сува (60 fjd). Отличное расположение - напротив большого поля, ботанического сада и президентского дворца. Хороший интернет.
