Start to see the ratings are not high, and there is a little hesitation. When I checked in, I found a big surprise. The front desk lady is very nice It was said that it was 4 pm to check in, but it arrived early and checked in. It was already more than one o'clock in the afternoon. I asked if there was a delicious restaurant next to it. I was very enthusiastic about recommending it. When we arrived at the restaurant, the restaurant also said that the hotel specially called and said that there were guests to eat. When I came back, I had to take the airport bus to the airport. I was afraid that there was no place. I took the initiative to help me book a ticket on my mobile phone, and printed it out and made an appointment for the next day's taxi. The other staff were also very enthusiastic. The room is large, the Korean hotel room is generally small, this hotel is an exception. The location is also good, walking distance from the Suwon District Government Subway Station. It takes about ten minutes to take a taxi from the airport bus N4000 Terminal (Dongshuiyuan). About Korean won 6000-7000. About thirty yuan like this. There is a cafe downstairs and restaurants around. Can not go to the supermarket home plus

I can't erase the old feeling, but it is a cleanly maintained neat hotel. This was my third visit, but the parking lot was always convenient, it was raining, but it is a comfortable place to go around the center. I rested well.
Reborn Suwon Silkroad Hotel

Quite a distance to walk from the nearest subway station, and the road there was not the smoothest...with many constructions ongoing. But the room was quite big. Toiletries, one floor towel, one standard sized bath towel, and four smaller bath towels were provided.

I don't usually write reviews, but I always leave a comment when I check in because there's a tall woman with long thighs. This description of his appearance is expressed this way because he did not reveal his name. However, I can't even see the name on the business card on the chest. What is your name? I asked 3 times and he doesn't even tell me. Ignoring the customer. I pay for two rooms myself and check the guests in. Ji took the passport and said that since there were two rooms, they would check in from both sides. Ji kept the female guest's passport and sent it to the counter next to her. If you have it, shouldn't the guest say that he or she will help you check in? The male employee who pre-judged your nationality immediately responds in Chinese, but he only speaks English and the customer can't understand it, so he keeps talking in English... It would be better to put a flag of the foreign language available on his nametag and have him deal with it. Or, I'm Korean, so you can explain it to me even though I'm right next to you. But I'm so tired that there's no explanation worth listening to. Even if you don't have to explain that there is no wifi password, everyone knows it. If you write it down on the room key cover, everything will be taken care of... What time you check out on the 5th floor is enough, and breakfast time is enough. If you really want to speak English, you should participate in an English speech contest... It's ridiculous that Korean will do the trick. It was annoying to see them holding their passports senselessly during check-in, but they had a poor service mindset and couldn't control their facial expressions and didn't even answer questions. If it were our employees, we would have fired them. I think the new employee will do better than that employee. You have to say your license plate number three times to understand it, and if you're hard of hearing, they'd ask you to write down your license plate number... They'd mumble strange numbers as if you couldn't understand them... If it wasn't for a middle manager, you might have exploded. This is not a place where you receive service, but a place where service is provided to customers. Yuduri's senses are all the worst. Since I like speaking English, I sincerely hope that I will stick to dealing only with Westerners. If you don't have a personality that suits the service profession, it might be a good idea to quickly find another path. It's a nice hotel in Suwon, it's next to a department store, and it's close to my house, so I brought it here, but I wonder if I should take it again because of the female employee. The breakfast wasn't as good as Chinese food, but it was edible. I stayed at the Guangzhou Marriott for 2 nights in the same week, and compared to there, the facilities and breakfast service mind Korea was inferior. It is a position that enjoys a regional monopoly status at a price that is just to rip off popular Koreans. For reference, the price including breakfast at the Marriott in Baiyun-gu, Guangzhou is 150,000 won. It is twice as expensive as it is located on the outskirts of Suwon.

The location is in Inje-dong, so it's good for hanging out. It's okay for three friends to stay. Best of all, they provide valet parking.

Great size clean room (credit to the Cleaning staff), hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Comfortable big size bed, WiFi had great speed. City hall subway a short walk and bus stop directly outside. Plenty of restaurants close, lots of choices just a short walk away.
