本次行程帶娃娃出遊，8月16日中午辦理入住，酒店小姐姐給升級到高樓層看蘇州之眼房間，娃娃開心的不得了！非常感謝這位小姐姐！退房時沒看到您，本想再次感謝您！希望酒店看到這評價能幫我感謝這位扎個漂亮的馬尾辮的小姐姐！！！16日下午一點半左右辦理入住的。酒店地理位置很好，下樓就是蘇州之眼，步行到月光碼頭有很多吃的，杭幫菜，土耳其菜，俄羅斯菜。故江南蘇家小院松鼠桂魚很好吃，在月光碼頭這，走了我卻很留戀。就像娃娃很留戀酒店馬尾辮小姐姐安排的客房，酒店的游泳池一樣。本次是首次家庭游到上海順路到蘇州，沒想到金雞湖畔會帶給我這麼多驚喜！下次還會帶娃回來，再住一次這房間！謝謝！

非常優秀的入住體驗！和朋友一起來的，兩個人住了不同的房間，圖片就綜合著發了。從到達酒店時迎賓幫拿行李到辦理入住的專業前台，都非常的專業禮貌。酒店房間乾淨整潔，基礎設施也很完善。窗外景色也很好，朋友的房間落地窗看得到金雞湖，我的房間看不到湖但因為蘇州本來就很美的原因，外面看起來也是不錯的城景。重點還要説一下餐食，自助餐種類雖然不能説特別豐富，但該有的也全都有了，最有特色的地方我覺得是食材的新鮮程度，這個已經碾壓很多星級酒店了，魚和牛真的很新鮮，尤其是戰斧牛排的肉質，完全不輸專業的牛排店！比較遺憾的是牛排配料沒有黑椒鹽，但也可能是我沒有問廚師要。能誇的地方太多了，住這裏可能是這次來蘇州最好的選擇了吧。

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Suzhou. The rooms were spotlessly clean, modern, and very comfortable, which made us feel at ease right away. The location is absolutely perfect — just a short walk from Suzhou Times Square and right next to a metro station, making it incredibly convenient to get around the city. The staff were also polite and helpful, which added to the overall great experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Suzhou, whether for business or leisure.

前台女生們服務態度好，禮遇有延遲退房，經理幫忙辦理了，房間挺好的，浴缸正對着東方之門，雖然樓層不高，28層，景色也很好。泳池有點小，週六很多小朋友在學游泳，但更衣室條件不錯的。自助晚餐也不錯。
行政禮遇的話，歡迎禮品沒有提供，25層有一個自助咖啡機可供使用，還有一些蘇打水飲料，堅果，下午有幾個小蛋糕。挺好的。
晚上清晰可聽到隔壁説話，就像坐在我們客廳一樣，過去一看和隔壁有個門，聲音從門縫來的。這個設計不太好，不過都是來度假的，也關係不大哈哈，就是這麼透聲兒，晚上看電影擔心隔壁投訴我們。
整體感受很好的，會再來度過週末時光的。

酒店前台在25樓，入住房間在33層，其中還要換成電梯，前台服務員和打掃衞生的阿姨們都很熱情，見面都會和你打招呼，房間我定的是連通房，有一張大床和兩張床，就是大床房早上太陽升起第一縷陽光照進來！下次去蘇州還是會選擇這家酒店，還有一個原因離購物廣場久光百貨很近很近！附近吃的也很多！

看演唱會定的房間，地鐵到奧體挺方便的，旁邊兩個商業體吃飯也很方便，房間給升級了，對着摩天輪和湖邊，高層景觀很不錯，停車有專門的區域，就是外賣要自己下一樓拿，然後地下停車場到房間要坐3個電梯，有點複雜

房間能看到金雞湖、獨墅湖、東方之門、蘇州之眼摩天輪，五星酒店標準，房間有浴缸，早餐非常豐富，健身房、游泳池很漂亮，也有汗蒸房，離蘇州之眼摩天輪很近，地鐵8號線出口處，以後來金雞湖還會再來
