I really love the staff here! My experience with locals in China hasn’t always been great, but the people at this hotel have the best attitude. The laundry area is free to use, and the staff were so kind; they even helped move our clothes to the dryer and delivered them to our room afterward. The room design is modern and comfortable too. Absolutely loved it! 💖

地理位置很好，距離山塘街步行不到10分鐘，周圍購物吃飯都很方便，酒店不算大，但是服務設施還都是比較到位的，下午茶量不大，味道還蠻好，早上自助麻雀雖小，五臟俱全，該有的都有了，阿姨服務態度也很熱情，除了晚上和對面歡唱酒吧音響實在好了些，其他都很好，好評！

臨時起意去蘇州玩，想訂的酒店房型都沒了，看到這家新開不久就想試試，停車場很乾凈好停車，離山塘街比較近周圍挺多老字號飯店，早餐煮麪阿姨很熱情，以上是優點。
缺點：進門發現都是灰塵，洗漱台牀頭櫃床靠背放遙控器的盒子一抹一層灰，馬桶口上兩根長髮，牆邊有臟水漬和頭髮，被子上有大螞蟻，洗漱區簾子壞的拉不上，洗澡換衣服不方便，房型應該沒達到標識的平方。早餐種類很少。
衞生間嚴重反味，第二天出門前囑咐阿姨處理一下異味，下午回來依舊很臭，跟阿姨再次反饋表示已處理過了，於是又跟前台穿西裝的男負責人反應，對方表現淡然，晚飯後回來受不了這個味道給前台打電話，對方説上來看一下，按門鈴開門後拉着個臉還是我主動説“你好”，進來聞一圈説沒有味道，難不成我們三個人鼻子壞了？説去問下工程部就離開了，後打電話過來説工程部之前已維修過該房間下水問題，沒法處理了問我想怎麼處理，把問題丟給顧客也是蠻搞笑。我看過攜程同房型已無房所以沒有提出換房要求，我衹要求把異味處理好就行，對方聽我口氣有點生氣了就提出給我們升到複式房型，我要求先看一下，路上還在試圖説服我説一般家裡麪的馬桶也偶爾會有異味的很正常的，不好意思我家裡還真沒有🙄，還反覆強調這是他們最貴最好的房型了，不好意思我還真不屑佔你們這個便宜，房型我不喜歡所以沒有換，想着再忍一晚上就退房了，結果凌晨被薰醒，臭味越來越強烈，早上開門找阿姨噴空氣清新劑和倒馬桶清潔劑，2個阿姨都説味道很大，説有次一個客人住了一個星期後馬桶就開始臭了，所以是怪客人？那前台第一次上來還説沒聞到味道呢，建議看下鼻子。退房前穿西裝的女負責人上來送了孩子一個玩偶並表達歉意，她做到了微笑服務，最後一路送我們到車庫加我微信並表達會跟攜程申請退房費，我表示可以，但又要求我點默認評價，我表示保留評價的權利，後續他們的處理結果就是歡迎我下次再去並給我打八折，謝謝你們哦我不可能再去👋先學好怎麼做好員工培訓和質量管理吧！
