great little getaway for a night. We used the public hot springs, which had a good few to choose from and wasnt overcrowded. I would recommend to the hotel and other hot spring hotels, that they keep kids from splashing and to use the actual swimming pool even if its cold. Guests come to relax. Not to participate in hot spring kids swimming lessons. But everything else was good. There was also no restaurant available. We were taken on a short walk out of the hotel to a restaurant which seemed to be the only thing available. We only really went for the hot springs and luckily we had a private one that we could finally relax in. Would recommend.

It was absolutely amazing! The staff was always helpful and friendly. Especially the manager Carlos. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. I will definitely come back again.🙏😊

第一次去七都遊玩，首先要選擇酒店，便在攜程網上，看到有一家温泉酒店，名蘇州0572太湖温泉酒店，連訂三天，第一天入住，天空下着雨，前台工作人員會幫我們帶路提行李，直上六樓客房打開客房門，面對有着三百多公里周長一個大湖-太湖，即刻心曠神怡，空氣清新自然。下午還可以在西餐廳品嚐中式下午茶，因為下雨，不便外出，晚飯就在酒店中餐廳就餐，極為方便。
第二天，可以不駕車，到太湖邊上散步，走走看看，漫步七都太湖濕地公園，在那裡可以觀賞七都雙塔，走到馬路對面，可從望山路走到望湖路，全部是商業街，還有一個農貿市場，是對一個城市最深體驗。
笫三天，遊吳漊老街，這是一個通過重資精心打造老街，在老銜上品嚐吳漊魚市餐館萊餚，過莊橋，觀孫宅大院，看吳漊閘門，從中能看到湖州人民智慧。再去漊港風景區遊玩，義皋古村的尚義橋，回酒店途中，路過隱讀村，看看江浙兩省交界處-廣福橋，在酒店裡泡一個温泉，晚上在房間裏看露天電影。
0572太湖温泉酒店員工給人們留下印象，都十分努力，為賓客提供熱情周到服務。

酒店服務不錯，以前一天會加微信溝通入住事宜，也就介紹周邊遊玩線路。入住當天，管家還會帶着去房間，並送上水果。服務體驗五星。
房間內部不大，衞生情況良好，陽台很寬闊，這點加分，晚上有電影播放，可以躺在陽台觀看。
入住酒店均可以去一樓泡温泉，均是露天的，有5個池子，人不多的時候，泡着挺舒適。
酒店距離七都濕地公園比較近，步行800米左右可以達到。濕地環境保護得很好，還有兩個雙塔可供拍照。距離吳漊老街也不算遠，步行距離大概1.5公里左右，天氣好的時候可以沿着濕地走過去，我們開車過去5分鐘。老街很短，但是小而精緻，裏面有幾個飯店味道不錯。
酒店總體很好，蠻叫夏天過來游泳！

雖然房間布草出了問題，工作人員及時更換了房間，還贈送了伴手禮，還有那個行李袋，好評，天才設計，不僅客人可以裝東西，還能給酒店做宣傳，温泉池子不是很多44度温度有點高了，也沒有布草可以配備一些工作人員把西餐廳和温泉康樂設施聯合起來用人還是得配備專業的人員消毒片味道超級濃，泳池户外水温低，如果有室內就更好了，户外電影也不錯，出門就是太湖，給前廳的服務經理點贊👍👍

五一小長假來到0572，訂的時候就覺得這家酒店名字很特別，房間望出去的風景很漂亮哦，正對着太湖湖景～三口之家住正好✌️酒店管家會提早電話聯繫微信上安排一些需要的事宜，也會安利附近遊玩景點和餐廳美食，服務特別周到👍🏻房間含二頓自助早餐，也是很傳統的中西式自助，品種很多，吃得很健康！酒店有温泉泡，小朋友玩的很開心🥳無邊泳池也很大，可惜天氣有點小涼，小朋友沒有下水有點遺憾，特別期待下一次再來體驗。
