三天兩夜的蘇州之行，讓我對香格里拉有了全新的認知。
到酒店的時間比較早，剛進大堂就遇到了Yvonne，他為我安排了房間寄存了行李，我和家人出門吃了頓地道的淮揚菜隨之就收到小管家的回覆房間好了，周到貼心的服務，加分～
入住期間小姐姐也是有求必應，響應速度很快，每天都在關注我房間的備品補充情況，真的是做到了實至名歸的管家服務，房間寬敞明亮在香格里拉品牌裏設施完備維護的很好，床品很舒服阿姨打掃的很細緻，酒店大堂裝飾典雅氣派，富和品牌文化。
住了很多家香格里拉，唯獨這家別有特色，如果説衡量五星酒店的標準是豪華的設施設備，那麼香格里拉的服務就是加分項，這次旅行因為Yvonne更加温馨，期待下次來蘇州再見面

帶娃蘇州周邊遊，香格里拉是最好的選擇！Yvonne小姐姐在入住前就給我安排好了房間，小寶寶很喜歡，房間可以看到蘇州之眼摩天輪景色絕佳，不錯不錯～入住期間房間打掃的很細緻，明天回來都有精緻的下午茶☕️，點贊點贊～酒店的早餐也非常不錯，種類豐富尤其是阿姨包的手工豬肉包很有蘇州特色～逛吃逛喝了幾天打卡了無數景點，在評彈小調姑蘇城裡的温暖港灣園區香格里拉讓我有了賓至如歸的體驗，有機會帶娃再來蘇州還會入住他們家！

這次的蘇州之行，選擇園區香格里拉真是最正確的決定！從地理位置、硬件設施到餐飲服務，都給我們帶來了超預期的體驗。
無敵地理位置：酒店直通協鑫商場，下雨天都不用打傘，吃喝逛買一站式解決。出門步行十分鐘就是金雞湖，晚上散步去湖邊逛逛誠品書店，簡直太方便了。地鐵站也在旁邊，去老城區參觀園林也很便捷。
落地窗視野無敵，尤其是夜晚，城景燈火璀璨。房間設計現代又典雅，床品舒適，一夜好眠。

有住宿需要的時候香格里拉就是第一選擇啦，服務和環境還是一如既往的好，這次定的是雙床房，足夠寬敞漂亮，辦公枱也很大，處理工作很方便。
值得一提的是我在夜裡突然來生理期，不小心弄臟了床單，當我帶着擔憂致電前台提出賠償時，前台的姐姐表示可以清理乾淨，讓我無需擔心，不必賠償，並且温柔叮囑我注意保暖。退房時我再次致歉，幫我辦理退房的前台姐姐依舊錶示這是女性常遇到的情況，這次經歷讓我深刻感受到香格里拉的人文關懷和對女性的尊重、關懷與愛護，讓我在香格里拉度過的每一時刻都倍感温馨、感動與舒適
