去年住過一次體驗感蠻不錯，服務人員都比較熱情，今年特意約了朋友一起來，這次團的套餐包含温泉票，還有小動物餵養和旅拍，性價比很高～九月應該是淡季，酒店人不算多，去遊樂室和泳池體驗感都很好～後面有機會再來～

我也算是經常住這家酒店了，因為小朋友喜歡這裏的環境。這次是第一次從攜程訂房，這次對華邑酒店的管家服務還是比較滿意的，管家今夕服務態度很好，對我們的需求都是儘可能的滿足，不僅提前在房間為我們準備好了小朋友的洗漱用品還有乳膠枕和床欄，對我的疑問也解答的非常及時，非常的認真負責哦。另外，本來以為夏天的温泉沒意思，選了6點後太陽下山後去泡，沒想到別有風味，晚風吹去了夏日的炎熱，燈光也很有韻味。退房的時候還偶遇了浣熊和龍貓，給小朋友一個意外驚喜

很好、環境非常好、服務也好，去泡温泉有接駁車。可以一步路都不走。其實很近，但是接送還是很熱情。泡温泉的時候還碰到很多服務員態度都很好，還會和你介紹什麼時候什麼地點看日落好，哪裡還有小孩子玩的地方等等。反正都很好，我衹拍了一個服務員的工牌好，其他也很好。沒有一一拍照。酒店游泳池也很好，咖啡也好喝。其他地方沒來得及去，小孩子説以後還要去。

終於拔草了這家酒店。住的入户温泉，冬天應該不錯的。酒店佔地比東太湖小太多了，但是離太湖挺近的。設施中規中矩沒啥特別的，沒有户外泳池，服務一般般，chechin的時候排了半天，也沒幾個人。冷冰冰的，好像在忙着商務客人，我還是IHG的老會員，有點失望。晚餐也在酒店解決的，還不錯。可能自己期望過高了。
