The hotel is right by the Taihu Lake. It is very large, with a good environment and fresh air. Although it is a 13-year-old hotel, it can be seen that it was very grand at the time. The service is in line with the times of today's five-star hotels. There are robots and hotel butlers. The butler Xiao Xing is very good. All additions and subtractions are basically replied in seconds. He told us that the hotel provides free goodnight porridge and waited for us to return to the hotel and personally delivered it to our door. He was still working on the job and providing quality service during the Spring Festival. He is very dedicated. Excellent value for the price. We had a suite which was big and clean. The staff was friendly and offered me an extra breakfast voucher for my son. Although we didn’t try them, there were a couple good looking Korean restaurants on the ground floor. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Times Square and a 7-minute walk from my favorite Vietnamese restaurant.

Daisy at the front desk was nice. She tried her best to arrange our children and the elderly on the same floor. The room was upgraded to an executive room with a view. The facilities were very old, but the overall service was good. The only drawback was that the air conditioner fan was too noisy. It was noisy during the day and I couldn't sleep well at night.

Hygiene: The whole place is clean, no hair is seen, especially the bathtub, I have to praise it, even the drain is clean, and there is a disposable bathtub cover (I don’t want to share it with others, even if it is washed, who knows), you can ask for more There are a few, and after two dips, I almost looked like a giant. The water temperature is very strong. Facilities: Same as the picture, projection, Xiaomi TV box, Harman Kardon speakers, bathtub Service: I checked in with the housekeeper on WeChat and sent tips and strategies. A very pleasant stay especially the smooth front desk check-in which is warm and friendly from its staff with a special mention to the guest relation manager who provided personalised service. The room is spacious with almost all what you need except an espresso machine which I was expecting in a W hotel but not there. Loved the roof top pool and gym.

The decoration of the Sandexuan B&B is very elegant, the boss must be a tasteful person, the furniture is new Chinese style, especially atmospheric, the environment is elegant, it is the best in the current homestay, high-end atmosphere, there are also dining inside, especially convenient, the key is the chef's craftsmanship, The dishes made are particularly delicious! Before leaving, the boss also sent a souvenir. We played with our brother, parents, and three families, so three souvenirs, two bottles of red wine in each bag, thank you boss for your intentions! Next time I go to Sanshan Island, I will choose this one. My husband said that the company team building can come over in the future!

The first time I traveled to Xishan Island, the room had an excellent view. When I woke up in the morning, the curtains were opened to the gentle Taihu Lake, which made people feel refreshed.
