Very nice spa. As we go to the amusement park connected with the hotel so the location is excellent. Room big and very comfortable. Staffs are polite and helpful.

I used it on the way back to Suzuka circuit!
It was very close to the car and it was perfect for the family of fatigue !
The slippers were equipped, but the staff said that they could borrow disposable! !!
I will use it again.

It's been a while since I stayed here. It's convenient, right in front of the station. I'm glad there are two types of pillows. I guess it's the same at this time of year, but when the air conditioner is on, it's hot when you put on a duvet, and cold when you don't. It's hot when you turn off the air conditioner. The chair is heavy and the wheels are stiff. The shampoo in the bath has a faint smell, which is good. The bathroom is clean. But the shower curtain does smell, so.... I look forward to using your service again.

設備故障がありました。サーキュレーターは首振り、除湿機？みたいなものは動きせんでした。アメニティに関しては、歯ブラシ、歯磨き粉がありませんでした。もう少し、ゲスト視点で必要な物を考え用意してくれたらありがたいです。

I think it was good that there were various restaurants around!
Just in the closet? I couldn't feel like putting my clothes on because it smelled. That's a disappointing part.

白子駅からも鈴鹿サーキットからもそこまで遠くなく、天然温泉があって、とても気に入っています。(女性の入浴できる時間が短いのでお気を付けてください＆そこだけ残念です)
ほぼ目の前にスーパーやショッピングモール？があるので、何かと便利です。

Japanese business hotel style. Japanese only spoken but no problem communicating. Laundromat and hottub/Onsen nice. Room was standard. Clean. Bed comfortable. Located conveniently between Nagoya and Ise. Highway access good.

The room has large and bright windows, and it feels spacious with a feeling of openness. The parking lot is also large and easy to park. There are two elevators, so I didn't feel the stress to wait. However, it was difficult to use the bathroom faucet as a two-mouth type of hot water and water.

PPierre216The hotel is very nice and the room is very clean. The staff was friendly but didn't speak English. However, they have a small translation machine, so communication was manageable. The location is great, with many restaurants nearby and a convenience store just a few meters away. I will definitely stay there again.

YYUThe parking lot is huge. The room is very small, no extra bed, not suitable for children. It is a typical Japanese business hotel. However, there is a microwave on the floor, and there is a big Rosen downstairs. Breakfast is very easy to solve. The curtains were opened the next morning, and the sight of the sea and the busy sea not far away was delightful.
