I’m here right now staying at this hotel and quite frankly feel shocked . First of all this is not even close to a 5 star hotel. Service is terrible starting from the reception. They ask you to pay upon check in so they are sure you stay because after you see the 5 star room you would want to leave. No housekeeping service ! Very rude personal at the SPA reception. Paid for ultra all inclusive but you must pay for your espresso. SPA centre is simply a pathetic version of what a SPA centre should look like! I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. It is a waste of time and your hard earned money. Whomever says is an excellent place definitely have not seen what an excellent 5 star hotel is. In my opinion the main problem is that there is not enough staff hired to work to dave cost on salaries hence the awful experience. To me this is a pure example of bad business practices. You come once and never want to return a second time. During the time of your stay you feel frustrated and duped. Sorry. I don’t have a single good word to say about this place!

1 at a push, bar staff ensure you leave before closing time - in-fact this is not the most welcoming hotel anywhere- I hate to be so derogatory but in this case I’ll make an exception. I was told that the Bulgarian people were hap, smily people- not here

This is NOT a 5 star hotel. Service is missing especially in the restaurant. They are very rude and do not speak English at all. They say they have 2 restaurants - but one is finger food placed on a table all day long, not very delicious or sanitary. Coffee from machine is free, and rest you have to pay. I had to ask for new glasses to the room and the cleaning lade came in and started washing old glasses in bathroom sink !!! . The buffet is not very good. Breakfast is good with a nice and accommodating chef, but rest feels like reheated food from lunch to dinner. Spa is very good with nice and very professional people. Also the gym is one of the best I have ever been to , hotel or not. Very good. All in all they seriously neet to step up service, and start acting like the 5 star hotel they claim to be.

The facilities offered for the all inclusive concept are very good in terms of price and quality performance. Especially the restaurant team was very successful. There was fish, shrimp, beef, chicken and a very wide dessert buffet every day and every meal. There were also very delicious meals throughout the night. The view of the hotel and especially the pool and the beach sunbathing area on the upper floor were very uniquely beautiful. The restaurant staff were very attentive and people who loved their job. The cleaning staff worked very diligently and meticulously. Especially the restaurant chefs, waitresses and cleaning staff ladies were very successful, serious and hardworking people. The French and Italian desserts were very delicious in the desserts. There were also some Turkish desserts and they were made very meticulously. I would like to thank the restaurant chefs and cleaning team very much.

This hotel is the worst of all the hotels I've been to. Especially the staff, the reception staff, the cleaning of the rooms, the beach, the toilet on the beach, the sun loungers, the Internet, it's dirty everywhere, very, This is not a 5 star hotel, it's just a barn. They don't go to any request. Incomprehensible music at the pool constantly playing. The hotel is average quality, the restaurant and service staff are "C". I liked the fitness, the halls are spacious, all the exercise machines are new. But the SPA is just nothing. Half of the locks in the lockers in the changing rooms do not work. One hamam is constantly out of order - supposedly for cleaning. For some reason, the staff turns off 80% of the hydromassage nozzles, apparently saving electricity. The girl at the reception was rude and ill-mannered. In general, they charge you a lot of money, but do not want to work.
