Price is highes in area and hotel is in poor condition .MUch below expectation Third time We stay there and every year is worst . This time I face following problems : Bad smell in the room , Hair dryer not working , saftey deposit box broken . Poor housekeeping

Our experience at this so-called 5-star hotel in Bulgaria was a nightmare. The manager, an older woman with dark hair, was unbelievably rude and condescending. She seemed to have a particular disdain for foreign tourists, making us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Despite the good breakfast, the manager and unprofessional staff overshadowed everything. None of the advertised facilities were available, and when we asked for the best way to the old town, they laughed in our faces as if we should just know it ourselves. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel.

Отель мне не понравился! В номере из душевой протекала вода на пол, бассейн не работал! Сложилось впечатление, что отель к открытию явно не готов: вокруг велись ремонтные работы. Удивляет следующее: если вы не готовы к сезону и в бассейне нет воды, как же смеете выставлять номера в букинге без уведомления об этом???
