This is a family run budget hotel so don't expect many extras. The owner and his wife are very helpful and have created a laidback atmosphere to this hotel. There are no lifts and would suggest the hotel would be difficult with a wheelchair but not totally inaccessible. The room was a very good size, clean and basic. There was only one desk with a small tv on it and an enclosed fridge underneath. The ensuite wet room was a very good size, plenty of hot water and powerful shower. However the room lacked a kettle and any other extras. Make sure you have your own toiletries as only small bars of soap supplied. Rooms 201 -204 and the ones above have a sea view and balcony. The pool area was never over busy and is kept very clean, no rushing for sun beds plenty there for all. There is also a small child play area, also kept in good order. The only downside for us was the food. Breakfast is continental style with a limited choice, cheese, meats, bread eggs which rotated between boiled, scrambled or fried and warm oats. The evening meal was, help yourself salad, soup, a main course and a cake of sorts for dessert. We were not shown a menu so it was really pot luck for your main course. Not quite what we expected. There are other eateries close by. The bar is well stocked but there is no price list on show, so I would suggest ask how much the drink is before you purchase. The area is quite hilly in places and anyone with walking difficulties may struggle, especially going up to the main town. All in a clean budget hotel, helpful staff, comfortable beds but let down by the food on offer.

Lovely quiet small family run hotel, spotless, staff friendly, food served fresh. A guest was celebrating birthday had a great party night and wonderful cake supplied by hotel. I had read complaints about food and lack of choice, it's a small hotel so food served fresh from 2 or 3 choices a night. What do people expect it was amazing value for the price we paid.

The hotel is great for non fussy people. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The food is wholesome and the breakfast is continental and not everyone was impressed but we enjoyed it. It was an inexpensive holiday and you get what you pay for. The resort was quiet and nearing closing for the season but the hotel was a pleasant place to stay.

Just returned from another trip to this absolutely fantastic family run hotel. Big thanks to Tony and Kate and the small team behind this wonderful hotel. Special mention to Kate and Anastasia who do a great job in the dining room. Tony runs the bar excellently. There is a tv in the dining area and on the terrace, which I noticed did show some English football. The breakfast consists of cold buffet selection, cereals, and a large toaster. There are usually 3 hot options in the covered serving dishes. Fresh fruit is cut up and laid out. Tea, coffee water and orange juice is available. The evening meal consists of lots of salads, cold meats and cheese as a buffet. There is a soup option and usually a pasta dish and one other meat option in the hot dish. For the main meal, you choose either the one meat option or the vegetarian option. If you didn’t like either, you would never go hungry due to the buffet which is on offer. Super comfortable beds, everywhere spotlessly clean, wonderful food, will cater for gluten free if you inform them in advance, and in a wonderfully quiet location. Can’t stress enough, nothing is too much trouble and Tony and Kate will always do their best to help you with anything you need. Around the pool area, lots of sun beds and umbrellas and a nice children’s play area next to it. There is absolutely no need to reserve your spot! This is probably due to the amazing beaches less than a 5 minute walk downhill from the hotel. The Marina and another beach is around a 10 minute walk away. There are 2 decent sized supermarkets just along from the hotel and a much larger one uphill on the main road. This takes around 10 minutes for me to walk to. If someone had walking issues, I’d suggest sticking to the supermarkets along from the hotel, which stocks all the basics you’d need. The room has a decent sized fridge and a hairdryer is supplied too. If you wanted some food during the lunchtime period this is also catered for, and the prices are very reasonable, and food very tasty. There are a number of restaurants scattered about and a fish and chip takeaway a 5 minute walk away. Lots of cafes with outdoor seating areas too. Must just say, English is not always spoken, so I sometimes had to rely on google translate, which was a great help. Downstairs in an area just off of the lobby area, there is an ironing board and an iron for guests to use. There is also a table football machine and a comfy sofa. The hotel does not have a lift, but someone will always carry your case for you upstairs. If you have walking difficulties this could be an issue. The bus stop to go to Sunny beach or Nesebar, is located on the main road, on the same side as the medical Centre, next to it. The number 5 takes you to both and costs 3 lev, cash only, a bargain. The journey to Nessebar takes 35 minutes, little tip if going there, go early ie get there before 9am and you will have the island more or less to yourself. Go later, and you will encou

Exceptional hotel. The owners and staff nail hospitality: totally professional, but genuinely attentive and caring. My only criticism would be the food - there are too many options and it is too well prepared. I love tsa tsa (and there is an excellent pizza place up the road) but between the Panorama's breakfast and evening meal, I was never hungry enough to enjoy eating lunch out.

I was really impressed with this friendly, clean hotel. The food is good with lots of fresh salad and fruit. The staff are amazing and the whole vibe is chill. There are no mad dashes for sunbeds and hassle. I think mainly because the beach is so close. It’s a really nice beach as well. St Vlas is a great spot for wider excursions as well. Highly recommended.

Had a wonderful relaxing family holiday in a small family hotel. We made some lovely memories. The rooms were spotless and were cleaned daily. The owners were friendly, and the waitresses were attentive. Everyone was so friendly, and our daughter found a playmate for a week. Also, it's a really good location for the ⛱️ beach. We will definitely be returning.

We loved our stay at this small and friendly hotel which far exceeded our expectations. Lucky enough to be allocated one of the largest, dual aspect, two balcony rooms we really appreciated our pool and sea view. It was so relaxing sitting out reading and having a drink. The room was spotlessly clean, as was the whole hotel. The cleaning staff do a wonderful job. The pool is lovely and we enjoyed chilling out in peace and quiet as the hotel wasn't full for our late September stay. The bar area and terrace looks recently revamped and is a lovely place for breakfast and evening meal. We found the food to be of a high standard and my vegetarian needs were well catered for, lots of tasty salads. One evening the chef was kind enough to make a delicious vegetable risotto exclusively for me as I didn't fancy the omelette option that night. Going above and beyond! The hotel is perfectly located close to several sandy beaches and the pretty marina. The main street is also close by and there are supermarkets within easy reach on foot. We took the bus to Nessebar Old Town which is a must see and we spent a fantastic day there, exploring the old streets and buildings. In fact, we had a cracking view of Nessebar from our balcony! We met some friendly guests whilst there and swapped local tips. Everyone we spoke to loved the hotel and felt they had chosen well. The icing on the cake was the last day when our host kindly agreed to let us keep our room free of charge until our airport bus picked us up at 5pm. This was a brilliant bonus allowing us to fully enjoy our last day, have showers, get changed and pack last minute. We missed having a kettle in the room, but that's a small point considering how fantastic everything else was. Highly recommended if you want a smaller, quieter hotel situated away from the madness of Sunny Beach but still within reach by bus if required. We don't do repeat visits as there's so much of the world to discover but if we did, we would! Thanks to everyone at the hotel, keep doing what you do!
