В номере была одна розетка. Занавески прозрачные - спать невозможно. Чайной станцией и не пахнет, кулера нет даже на этаже. Белье застираное, рваную простынь поменяли после неприятного разговора. При смене пододеяльников обнаружилось грязное одеяло. Уборка номеров - отделььная траги-комичная эпопея. За 4 суток не убрали нормально ни разу! Питание вообще не относится к отельному, не говоря уже о 4х звездах. Бассейн "грешит" нарушением сан. требований (например, волосы в воде, поскольку никто не контролирует вход). Всё страхуется большим количеством хлорки. Отель можно охарактеризовать как огромное недоразумение. Единственное, что соответствует четырем звездам - это цена. Платили 10500 руб. за сутки.

не плохой отель начала нулевых. Так все нормально,но совковость не куда не делась:нет шведского стола на завтрак,было прохладно в номере.пришлось греться кондиционером... приветливый персонал,все чистенько. есть бассейн,,приходиться выходить во двор-3 м от корпуса
