The apartment has almost zero service, and even though we confirmed the room type several times before booking, we ended up staying in the wrong room. There was no front desk either which was understandable as we were there during the Christmas holidays. However, when I arrived, I was given an envelope with the room number written on it, but I was not told that the room was not in this building. It was a perfunctory attitude of not explaining anything! I definitely won't live here again! However, Ctrip customer service was responsible in helping coordinate and support, but Ctrip informed us that the apartment did not admit its mistake and refused to pay compensation!
