Great little motel, is close to the main street, but far enough away from the road for any traffic noise and walking distance to the attractions. We stayed in a deluxe Queen room which have been refurbished and they are spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable and the new decor very pleasant. The motel also has a pool up the back with a covered area with chairs and tables, fridge, barbecue and large screen TV. Emily at reception across the road was so wonderful to deal with, super friendly, so helpful with ideas, nothing was too much trouble for her, what a breath of fresh air, if only every motel had an Emily, it would be so much more pleasant exp0reience traveling. We were unlucky in that we stayed in a room that was not renovated but even so this was the worse room I Have ever stayed in . The highlight was the rodent bait in the room . We slept with the light on so hopefully the rodent would not visit . The shower was either very hot or cold . The bed lamp above the bed did not work and was replaced by one lamp on one side of the bed . I would not recommend this motel to anyone

Average room with comfortable bed, no wifi in the rooms at the back of the property. The shower also fluctuated between burning hot to cold without touching the taps. Major positive is that it is walking distance to the shops.
