Aparthotel Flinski Sport & Spa

I am disgusted by my visit to this hotel and the way they treat guests. Attached is my swimsuit before and after the visit.. I went with my friends for a weekend of rest and relaxation, and in return I got a ruined swimsuit, ruined jewelry and skin allergies. On Friday, the day of arrival, we went to the jacuzzi, unfortunately the amount of chlorine was terrifying, after a while our eyes started stinging and one of my friends noticed that my swimsuit changed color from pink to purple! I have been working in the swimming pool industry for 10 years and I have never had anything like this happen to me, such situations are unacceptable! After leaving the jacuzzi, we went to the reception to report the problem - at first the lady accepted everything without a problem - she took photos and apparently sent the information to the Management. The next day, the information was already on the reception: jacuzzi closed due to a failure.. Unfortunately, we did not receive any explanation, only a piece of paper to describe the complaint - a tragedy! Upon complaint, of course the hotel manager stated that this was a normal situation and nothing happened.. I advise against staying, because such disregard for people and their clients is reprehensible. The case was reported to the sanitary inspection.

The hotel is absolutely fantastic. We were guests for the third time - each time we were satisfied. Intimate, clean, nice service, excellent cuisine with its own bakery. Everything was delicious. We had a large room with a beautiful view of the mountains. Close to bicycle routes and a ski lift. On the weekend there are a lot of people, which confirms the high quality of the hotel.

We stayed in this hotel for a week. A typical trip to the mountains. Great location for skiing, storage spaces for sports equipment, gym, dry and wet sauna, very good standard of the entire hotel. Great and varied breakfasts where both vegetarians and meat eaters can compose a tasty meal. Apart from that a very decent restaurant with prices typical for Świeradów. And very nice and helpful staff throughout the hotel.

It was a last minute choice and the hotel was a pleasant surprise. Suitable for families and couples as well. Spacious, clean and well-equipped rooms (comfort). Nice wellness we had paid half board and the chef always prepared something special. The food was excellent. Breakfast very tasty an various. The only minus is that the staff, even at the reception, do not speak English. We didn't expect Czech, but the reception in such a hotel should know one world language. But we always somehow talk with each other. 😂

Spacious room. Decent spa area (saunas, jacuzzi, pool). Great location. Excellent breakfasts. Locker rooms for skiis and ski boots. Cons: not enough parking places, room doors shut loudly when being closed - creates noise along corridor.

Wonderfull place for a family stay. Great personel, awesome food and drinks, localization near the skiing station. Children was crazy about the pool area. We had a big family room, very nice and warm with great view for mountains. Nothing more you need :-)
