"Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were provided. No toothbrushes. As there's no daily housekeeping, you can request fresh towels and tissues from the front desk. They provided beach towels, bath towels, face towels, small towels, and a bath mat. The location is good; it's about a 5-minute drive or a 30-minute walk to the downtown area. The pool is open from 7 AM to 10 PM. There's a free water cooler. The front desk had a Japanese staff member who was very kind! A shuttle bus from the airport costs $25 one-way, while Uber is around $100, so I recommend booking the shuttle bus online in advance. Buying a round-trip ticket saves you about $5. The price was reasonable, it was clean, and the location was great, making it convenient in many ways. Overall, 100 points!"

"I stayed in a courtyard room located in the annex building at the back. It was relatively quieter, though the hotel's bar played loud music daily. The room wasn't spacious, comparable to a motel room, and was generally clean. A minor inconvenience was that the shower only had a curtain, with no separate space to hang clothes or place toiletries. Similarly, the bathroom itself lacked hooks or shelves for hanging or placing items. There was only one switch for all three lights and the exhaust fan in the bathroom, meaning they all operated simultaneously, which was quite inconvenient. Plus, the exhaust fan was extremely loud. The bathroom odor was manageable, as we could just close the door and open the window. The mattress in the room was quite comfortable. Visiting Airlie Beach in September was perfect; we didn't even need to use the air conditioning. The location was excellent, very close to all tour pick-up points, right at the end of the main street. The hotel's own pool was quite small, but thankfully, there was a beautiful public lagoon nearby that we could easily use instead. The beach across from the hotel offered free BBQ facilities with excellent views and was noticeably quieter than the main town center. Overall, it was an acceptable stay."

"The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Airlie. However, I found it disappointing that only a linen sheet was provided on the bed—no blanket at all. It got quite chilly at night. This setup might be fine in summer, but a blanket is definitely needed for cooler seasons!"

"I liked it, I took a house here, their 4 here, the rest of the places would be perfect if you were on a car, like parking for trailers. The house is comfortable as if you were in a trailer with everything you need, but it is not small.
There is a swimming pool.
Get to Early by bus or walk 15 minutes.

We took the transfer at the airport on the counter generally for 88Aud on both sides for 2 people, very convenient"

"I forgot to take a photo of the room. One photo is the view from the balcony and the other is from the restaurant. The view is great. It is very close to the pier and a 10-15 minute walk from the beach and town center. It is quite convenient. Except for the old facilities in the room, everything else is great."

"Great, friendly check in experience. Room was spacious and clean, but a little dated. No gym on site, but could use another nearby resort's gym if arranged with Reception. Lovely pool and plenty of lounges that overlooked the ocean.

"Very good, except for the steep slope that is difficult to climb, the others are perfect, the hotel has its own swimming pool, you can watch the sunset at the hotel, the kitchen facilities are perfect, there is actually an electric hot pot, not the hot pot bottom from the domestic back, but also invited the Chinese family next door to eat hot pot together! In short, it was very good. On the last day, I rushed to the earliest boat to Hamilton Island to take a plane. The boss also enthusiastically called a taxi for me to take us to the pier."

It's only a 3-minute walk to Port of Airlie (where the ferries from Hamilton Island dock), and less than a 10-minute walk to Woolworths (navigation might take you the long way, but you can cut across the lawn). The three-bedroom unit we booked with our friends was very comfortable, clean, and tidy. The kitchen was fully equipped, and having a washer and dryer was a huge plus, especially for families traveling together.

GGuest UserThe hotel is a bit of a distance from the main street. Getting a taxi on the island is a hassle and expensive, and public transport can also be tricky with unreliable schedules. The living room in the apartment is spacious and comfortable, and it comes with a kitchen for cooking. However, the bathroom and the two smaller bedrooms are quite cramped, and the master bedroom isn't very big either, making it feel crowded with luggage. Since it's an apartment, there's no daily housekeeping, so you have to clean it yourself. The hotel breakfast is quite basic, just some toast, eggs, and fried noodles – a very 'Western' meal.

CcalifragileFacilities: Complete kitchenware, no oil, salt, sauce and vinegar are needed, suitable for cooking Western food. Refrigerator, microwave, kettle, coffee pot are all available. Air conditioner, electric fan, two TVs each. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are provided, but the quality is average. The hair dryer is ordinary and old. There are no slippers, combs, toothbrushes and toothpaste.
Advantages: Beautiful environment, you can enjoy the sunset, the infrastructure is complete and clean! Away from the hustle and bustle of the central city at the foot of the mountain, the environment is quiet! Convenient transportation, it is the pick-up point for various tourist team projects. Close to the city, it only costs 10-11 Australian dollars to take a taxi from the central city at the foot of the mountain!
Disadvantages: Being on the mountain is its disadvantage, but the sea view rooms are all on the mountain. Another problem is that the drainage of the shower room is not ideal, and the mop provided in the room needs to be mopped after taking a shower.

As we pulled into Mackay my 2yo started to get restless, we were hoping to just push through but as we were outside of Mackay my son just couldn't take it anymore. Quickly jumped online to find a place to stay and so glad we picked this place. Staff were efficient, it's bang smack in the centre of town too which made it a bonus and room was clean. Would stay here again.

姚姚The price is good, the location is at the foot of the mountain, the house on the mountain is expensive, the place is on the most lively street, because it is winter, the street is relatively deserted, the large supermarket is across the road, you can walk to the beach in 5 minutes, and the nearby entertainment facilities are complete. Pools, bars, shops and playgrounds are all available.

GGuest UserThis is a Motel. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartments are spacious and have a beautiful sea view, but they are cleaned only once a week. The towels are not changed. The biggest problem is the lack of wifi in the rooms (it's 2024 ..). Average value for money!
