"The location of the hotel is very good. There are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The hotel service is in place. The hardware facilities are average. Especially the washing equipment in the room is poorly maintained. The bathroom space is too small and the water volume is very small. Breakfast was average. The hotel gym is very well equipped, but it is a pity that it is poorly managed and the fitness equipment is piled up in a mess. The most intolerable thing is that someone smokes in the gym. . . The hotel is located in the center of Jining, so it is very far from the highway intersection. Parking must be underground. The underground parking lot lacks guidance and the signs are unclear. From all aspects of the details, the overall management of the hotel needs to be improved, and the room facilities are in urgent need of repair and regular maintenance."

"Check-in was incredibly swift, taking less than three minutes. The room had been pre-ventilated, so the air was wonderfully fresh and felt immediately comfortable upon entry. They noticed we had quite a few belongings and thoughtfully provided extra hangers and bags. These small, thoughtful touches, anticipating guests' needs, truly elevated what would have been a simple stay into a wonderfully comfortable experience. Excellent

WwilsonsjsStaying with my child during the Chinese New Year was an absolute delight – this is definitely the top choice for families! Even during the peak Chinese New Year travel season, the overall experience was excellent and well-maintained. The service was impeccable, everything was orderly, and breakfast was completely stress-free, making our trip incredibly reassuring. The hotel's central location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk from the Three Confucius Sites. Surrounding it are plenty of malls and restaurants, making shopping, dining, and getting around incredibly convenient. The Xiang Palace Restaurant comes highly recommended. As a must-try restaurant on many lists, it's the go-to spot in the area for authentic Kong Family Cuisine. The ambiance is elegant, and both the service and the dishes are exceptional, making for a fantastic dining experience. The breakfast area even has a small kids' play area, which is great for families with children. Plus, there's a quiet little courtyard at the back of the hotel, perfect for a stroll with the little ones anytime. The swimming pool was also excellent; even during Chinese New Year, it wasn't crowded. It's spacious with few people, and also features a steam room and hot tubs, making it very comfortable overall. The gym is also large and well-equipped. Even if you don't go out sightseeing, you can easily spend your time enjoying the hotel's amenities. The only minor drawback was that there were too few staff at the front desk, so there was a bit of a wait during check-in. Overall, with its prime location, reliable service, excellent dining, comprehensive family-friendly facilities, and complete recreational amenities, this is undoubtedly the best hotel for families traveling to Qufu with children.

JJiuyi0901Overall, my experience at this hotel was very satisfying, completely meeting the quality standards I expect from the Marriott brand. The service was exceptionally thoughtful; a staff member proactively called me the day before check-in to arrange everything in advance. They were meticulous, patient, and responsive throughout, making for a great experience. The room was brand new, spacious, and well-laid out, with comfortable bedding that made my stay very relaxing. The breakfast deserves special praise: the food stations were clearly organized with a smooth flow, offering a rich variety of options, including local Qufu specialties. This blend of taste and local culture was a big plus. My only minor suggestion is that the kids' club facilities are quite simple and more suited for younger children. I hope they can add more activities for older kids and perhaps have staff on duty to supervise, which would make families with children feel more at ease. Overall, the minor flaws didn't detract from the experience, and both the value for money and the overall experience were excellent. I highly recommend staying here!

MM48355****I highly recommend the Nishan Academy Hotel. It's a garden-style hotel with a shuttle service from the front desk to the rooms. They also offer shuttle buses to Nishan Sacredland and Luyuan Village. The breakfast is high quality. I suggest staying two nights to have a more relaxed experience. Generally, a butler will add you on WeChat and respond promptly to your needs. We stayed in a mountain-view garden room, and the window view was beautiful. On a rainy day, looking out at Nishan shrouded in mist, my child said, 'It reminds me of a poem: 'Where white clouds gather, there are homes.' The mountain-view garden twin rooms cannot be combined (there's a hanging nightstand in the middle that can't be moved). If you're worried about children falling off the bed, you can use a large chair to push against the side of the bed. I heard that the twin beds in the villas can be combined, but with one room and one small courtyard, ordering two rooms for our trip felt less convenient with two separate courtyards, and it was also more expensive. I really liked the breakfast at Nishan Academy Hotel and their Yatang Chinese restaurant; I found them more palatable than places in Qufu city. I recommend checking room types and offerings on multiple platforms and the hotel's official WeChat account. I prefer the 'room + breakfast for two' package and not the ones that include tickets. Although Nishan Sacredland and Luyuan Village are quite large and commuting can be inconvenient, the complimentary dual-park tickets (usually valid for 2 days, with two entries to Nishan Sacredland and one to Luyuan Village) were generally sufficient. However, unlimited entry tickets offer more peace of mind, and more importantly, they aren't expensive.
