Hello,the house is located in a small hamlet, clear view of the Esterel and the "noise" of birds .. The house is individual and is 110 M2. She has a floor. At the entrance level, there is 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds that can be pushed together for a couple, 1 bedroom with a 140cm bed, a shower room with toilet and a laundry room. On the lower level are the living room, dining room and kitchen which overlook the terrace, and the outside. There is an independent toilet and a "parental" room with bed 160 and an Italian shower.The pool is ideal for cooling before and after walks.Mandelieu beach is 15 minutes away, Lake St Cassien 5. The motorway is 6 minutes, to reach the Var (St Raphael, Saint Maxim, Saint Tropez ...) or the Maritime Alps (Cannes, Grasse, Nice, Monaco ...)Not to mention the hinterland and perched villages.
