It's a zero entry pool so it's safe for toddlers and children. The pool looks out over the beach at the ocean. It's a short walk to the center of Troncones. The beach road is being paved at The Villas so no more dust. The beach is great for swimming, surfing, fishing and simply sun bathing.There's plenty of off street parking as we own the lot across the street and there's a beautiful rock outcropping overlooking The Villa.Daily housecleaning (except Sunday) is included.
