Ideal for families with kids and large groups, the house offers all necessary amenities and plenty of games and toys for both kids and adults.The magnificent house, custom-built for vacation rental, was completed on May 3, 2019. It features 3200 square feet with six bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a loft. The kitchen and bathrooms have granite countertops. The MUD room can accommodate a small hideaway bed, and the master bedroom closet is large enough for a twin bed. The house is spacious, featuring a pingpong table, foosball table, and other games for both kids and adults. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, baking, and catering.There is a large window between the living room and a bedroom, blocked by fabric on both sides of the wall. The dining room door is enclosed by thick curtains. Though not soundproof, it is suitable for children. The house can host 16 people. Any additional guests incur a fee of $10 per person per day, payable before check-in.For guests' safety, a CCTV camera is installed outside the front door to monitor the property when vacant. Guests can turn off the camera by flipping the switch inside the front door.
