Our "unfinished basement" adds another 1,000 square feet of guest friendly space. Here we have our laundry area, a table and 4 bistro chairs for board games or puzzles, an extensive assortment of DVDs, VHS tapes, board games and puzzles, a 55" Roku TV with a DVD/VCR player, ping pong, shuffleboard, practice golf putting, etc. Best of all, the adjoining lot is "Beach #1", owned and maintained by Lake Arrowhead Community Association. This beach is more than 100' wide with a cordoned off area providing safe swimming for children, picnic tables and toilet facilities.
