"A very retro American country hotel. I was a little worried about the poor hygiene and facilities when I read the reviews on Google before, but the final stay experience was far beyond my expectations and I felt it was worth the money.
Facilities: Very retro, like something from an old American TV series, but there are no faulty facilities. If you need hot water, you can ask the front desk for a water heater.
Hygiene: I always see that there are bugs because it is very close to the sea and greenery. There is no air conditioning in the hot season, but we didn't feel it when we stayed during the Spring Festival. It was very suitable.
Environment: Superb, you can see the sea and swimming pool as soon as you open the door. The location is also very good. It is not far from the airport or the volcano. You can also go for food soon after leaving.
Service: Very good, there is reception even at night and they are very enthusiastic to register the license plate. The parking lot has limited parking spaces. If it is full, you can go to the big đł muddy field diagonally opposite to park.
In short, it is highly recommended"

"I was surprised at how big the resort hotel was. There was a tram, but no boats. The service to make inquiries in Japanese ended in March. The shuttle bus to the nearby shopping mall was $5 one way, so I walked there (just over 20 minutes). The room was spacious, but the water flow in the bathtub was not so good. From the room, you could see the golf course and the sea. The grounds are large, so I got up early in the morning and took a walk, which felt great. The best spots to see the sunset were written on the map of the grounds, so I was able to see a really beautiful sunset. There were sea turtles and dolphins, and a fun pool, so I had a wonderful time."

"The hotel is very good and very cost-effective. We were delayed by the car rental company for 2 hours, so we checked in late, so the lady at the front desk gave us an upgrade? I was given a room with a garden by the swimming pool. The room was very cozy. The toilet and bathroom were very new and very good. I had the best sleep in this hotel in Hawaii. I donât understand why no one commented on it. The hotel has its own We also saw real turtles on the beach, yes real turtles! And it was the guy who handed out towels by the pool who I asked at the beginning. After a long time, the guy came to me and asked me if I had just asked a few of them if there were turtles in the hotel. He said he saw turtles and came to call me. I'm really grateful to remember this.
The hotel has its own small supermarket and boutique, so you donât have to worry if you donât have enough medicine or if your swimsuit doesnât look good, you can buy them all! ! And the selection is high-end and comforting. In addition, if you stay in the hotel for about 3 days, you will probably get tired of the restaurant. Of course, there is nothing delicious outside. Hawaii seems to get off work at 4 pm, so there is really no choice outside the hotel."

"You must stay at this hotel for more than two nights. It is too big. You need to drive from the lobby to the accommodation. There are more than 20 annex buildings. You can go to the Hilton Hotel, which is also a car ride. The Hilton Hotel is bigger, with free trains and boats. It is very fun. We checked in in the afternoon and drove to the Hilton Hotel immediately. Parking is free. There are many swimming pools in the hotel. We played a sunset and decided to play in the hotel the next day. Then there is the King and Queen Shopping Village nearby to solve dinner. The next morning, drive to the Hilton. Snorkeling is free, life jackets, boating, skateboards are all free, and it is directly connected to the sea. It is worth it. We originally went out to sea for snorkeling. The time-sharing hotel has a kitchen. It is recommended that you eat breakfast in the room. The living room is very large. There is a golf course and swimming pool downstairs. There is also one in the lobby. We swam in three large swimming pools for two days, and there were five or six small ones that we didn't have time to go to."

"This hotel is definitely good in Hilo, Big Island, with beautiful scenery and a free botanical garden next to it where you can see the Hawaiian state bird, the nÄnÄ goose. It is about a 10-minute drive from the airport. The interior decoration of the room is relatively ordinary, with large white walls. There is only a small outdoor swimming pool. The sea view room I booked does face the sea with all windows. It is very beautiful when I open the curtains in the morning.
There is another thunder point. This hotel does not clean the room by default for consecutive stays. You need to make an appointment for cleaning in advance or tell them that you need to clean every day when you check in. Otherwise, their room service will not enter the room!
The breakfast I booked on Ctrip included three breakfasts, but in fact, their hotel can only book two by default. When I got there, I contacted Ctrip again, and Ctrip refunded me the breakfast fee for one person.
Later, when I checked out, I asked the front desk to print out the bill to figure out how they calculated the breakfast. Here I will also introduce it to you: the hotel breakfast is priced at 25 yuan per person. It is not a buffet but a meal. After ordering, it will be posted to the room bill and charged according to the actual fee. But when I checked out, the front desk didn't mention the breakfast bill, and directly calculated the total bill. I found that the settlement email sent to me was the total bill including breakfast. I went back to the front desk and reminded her that I had booked a breakfast-included package. She said, âOh, sorry to check it.â Then she said she would refund 25 yuan/day/person (50 yuan/day) to my card. If I hadn't checked it, I would have charged it again without knowing it. So it is recommended that you don't include breakfast in this hotel. The quality of their a la carte breakfast is still good, and you can go to the restaurant to order it directly.
In addition, the beverage coupons given in the lobby bar can be used in the lobby bar, but I didn't find out until the last day that it can also be used in the breakfast room. One coupon can be exchanged for a glass of juice or soft drink. Then the hotel also has free hot coffee and hot tea, but it is hidden next to the restaurant. You have to ask to understand.
There are also two large cookies given when you check in, and you can ask her for them at any time. The front desk will be happy to give you two.

Excellent location! The sunset in front of the hotel is beautiful! Shopping is also convenient, so you can go for a walk and buy breakfast when you wake up in the morning! You can enter the pool until 11pm!
The jacuzzi by the pool is warm until about 9pm, so it's great to get a drink at the bar and relax in the jacuzzi!"

GGuest UserThe ocean view was very smoothing and relaxing. The kids loved the giant pool and the water slide and we spent a lot of time there! The pool food was better than I expected. The breakfast place was also nice. Close to many activities. We went to the open market right in front of the hotel. We did the kayaking tour that included an exciting cliff jump, and the most incredible night time manta ray experience, all short distances from the hotel. Short drive to many tourist spots. Would definitely want to come back again sometime.

AAnonymous UserThe room facilities and scenery can be said to be top-notch in Hawaii, but the hotel service is incredibly bad. The front desk staff was arrogant and rude (I don't know if it was racial discrimination). They did not inform me of the credit card authorization when I checked in, and charged 2 authorizations of 400 and 700 US dollars. The money has not been recovered yet. When I checked out, I needed a shuttle bus to go to the villa to pick up my luggage. I called for 25 minutes but no one answered. Later, I called the room service staff to call the shuttle bus. There are 2 restaurants in the hotel. The service staff in the light meal restaurant is relatively friendly, while the service staff in the formal restaurant is very rude. You have to pour water/wine by yourself. After the appetizers, the champagne was not served. I suggest that babies who can't stand being bullied should not go there, because they will really be bullied by the staff inside. Also, the snacks in the room minibar are expired.

GGuest UserThe Condo was in good condition, couldâve used new carpet and paint touch up but despite that very clean!!! The size the condo was perfect and we could see the ocean from the patio doors. The kitchen was well serviced with clean nice dishes. The washer/dryer was a fabulous feature we used!! The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking was including and easy to find. Condo was close to Kona Inn shopping and the bypass road used for Hwy 11. Would definitely recommend staying there!!! The guest book in the condo to write your own entry was so fun to read what other guests had done!!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located in the center of the old town of Kona, not far from Kona Airport and the seaside, and you can walk to the coast. There are supermarkets such as Wal-Mart, target, Ross nearby, which is very convenient to buy living materials. The room was spacious and the breakfast was richer than expected. There is a spa in the swimming pool, and you can't swim.

RRiniHousekeeping service was every other day but no one came to serve our room.
The bathroom door didn't have any and in fact didn't close properly.
We were told the pool will be under construction but glad that it was not under construction.
We were not told about breakfast time ends at 10:00 am but it ended at 8:30 am due to Easter brunch, that was not communicated.
Other than these issues, the location is very good, with pool and beach access, staff is good too.

ZzaddyThe hotel is located right on the shoreline with walkable access to many restaurants nearby. Itâs also a convenient 20 minute drive from the airport. The rooms were spacious and had all the necessities. The only downside is the nearby pubs open late into the night; you will hear people screaming/yelling and karaoke until about 1am. If you are on a lower floor, the waves crashing against the shore can get rough and loud depending on the tides/weather.

JJichinThe hotel is in a good location. There are several small restaurants nearby. It's a 3-minute drive to the supermarket. The room is not big but has a small balcony to hang clothes. The soundproofing is average. Paid parking is required. It's full after 7 o'clock. Check-in must be at 4 o'clock. Fortunately, I arrived less than half an hour early. I checked in and got the room card after sitting for a while. The beach and the port behind can see the rainbow, which is very nice. There is an ABC store under the courtyard opposite, open until 11 o'clock.
