"The hotel is in the center of town, very close to Victoria Falls. We booked a balcony room. Although it has floor-to-ceiling windows, you cannot walk out. The balcony corridor outside the window is open to anyone. Facilities: simple Hygiene: extremely sloppy Service: unsatisfactory Environment: There is a park outside the window, and the view is nice."

You can reserve it late and the service is good! There is no free vehicle, this town, no matter where you go, it is 10 dollars a car, several times more expensive than Shanghai!"

Also if you are lucky you will see some animals roaming around the garden as I spotted this elephant at night in the car park!"

"Clean and spacious hotel rooms. Super friendly, efficient and helpful service from all the staff. Breakfast was great. The hotel has a nice pool area and bar as well as a restaurant. The hotel is in an ideal location near to all activities, the falls & the local town. Lots of wildlife around like monkeys, buck, elephants & hippos. Great stay!"

"The breakfast is good, of course it is a western breakfast. There are mosquito nets, but you must pay attention to mosquitoes. Starting at 9 am, a shuttle bus will be sent to the waterfall and the city center every hour. It is free and very convenient."
