It is a lovely apartment but very loud at night when you’re trying to sleep. the windows sound like they are open when they are shut. beds are comfortable and the apartment was very spacious. there is a bit of damp on the ceiling, also the stairs going down into the bathroom are a little challenging something you really don’t want to forget that they are there also a little slippery after a shower.

On arrival the unit was unclean with mouldy food and hair in the kitchen, the host had the cleaners back, but unfortunately they still did not resolve the issue (even leaving their card next to the draw with hair in it that hadn't been cleaned!), we therefore left the unit after our first night as cleanliness at this time is paramount. Airbnb refunded us in full having reviewed the photos and unpleasant messages from the host. The host was angry at the refund, and threatened me not to leave him a review as 'there will be no winners' - naively I didn't as I didn't have the energy for a fight, but as my right to leave a review for my stay expired he left me a review full of lies about how untidy I left the unit - anticipating this, I had taken photos of how tidy I left the unit when we left - cleaner then when I arrived for sure. A very nasty host and unclean unit. Avoid.

Stayed for three days. Location is excellent with a parking spot (although if there are big cars in the car park you will struggle to get in/out). Noise levels are very high - constant road traffic one side and the pub the other. Poorly insulated windows (double glazing, but from a long time ago) when you need at least triple for the location. Poorly ventilated which meant the apartment was vey hot all of the time. Sofa bed is cheap and uncomfortable. Main bed is very soft.
