Pobyt w hotelu był bardzo udany – komfortowy nocleg, pyszne jedzenie i profesjonalna obsługa. Atmosfera przyjazna, a personel zawsze pomocny. Gorąco polecam to miejsce na relaks i wypoczynek. My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. Comfortable accommodation, delicious meals, and professional service. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff always attentive. I highly recommend this place for relaxation and rest.

We stopped here to relax with my family and a child, the air temperature in the room was like outside. The receptionist gave a heater. but the room does not heat up even after 4 hours.No one will change the room, how to sleep here with a child is not clear

Freundlichkeit beim Check In, nur ein kleines Lächeln wäre nette gewesen. Parkplatzsuch gestaltet sich schon kompliziert. Genauso wie das Suchen nach dem Gebäude. Zettel in die Hand drücken und viel Spaß beim Suchen ist nicht gerade toll für einen Gastgeber . Ich arbeite selbst in der Hotelerie, es bedarf einer Nachschulung bei den Damen Restaurant dagegen sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Aber ich denke ein zweites Mal brauchen wir das nicht. Swinemünde hat genügend schöne Hotels.

Ich kann das Hotel in Swinemünde nur wärmstens empfehlen. Es war ein Volltreffer! Ich schätze Komfort, gutes Essen und die Möglichkeit, aktiv zu sein. Das Hotel hat all meine Erwartungen erfüllt und sogar übertroffen. Die Lage nahe der Promenade ist ein großes Plus. Das Zimmer war geräumig und komfortabel, ideal für abendliche Entspannung nach einem ereignisreichen Tag. Der Hotelservice war erstklassig – immer hilfsbereit und diskret. Besonders schätzte ich den Wellnessbereich, wo ich meine Kräfte richtig regenerieren konnte. Der Pool und die Saunen waren hervorragend gepflegt. Das Restaurant servierte wirklich leckere und sättigende Mahlzeiten, die den ganzen Tag über Energie spendeten. Dieser Ort ist die perfekte Kombination aus Luxus und Praktikabilität. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder hierher zurückkehren, um meine Batterien wieder aufzuladen.

Świetne Miejsce! Można odpocząć, wyciszyć się, zrelaksować i zwolnić i zapomnieć na chwilę na pędzie pracy. Bezpośredni kontakt z naturą, cisza i spokój. Do promenady i plaży jest niedaleko, nawet piechotą w 10 min można dojść do celu. Wszyscy w Hotelu są bardzo uprzejmi - czułem się mile widziany. Gastronomia jest Świetna - zostałem na 3 dni weekendowe i każdego poranka coś innego, świeżego. Duży wybór. Przyjechałem z rowerami, które zabezpieczyłem w zamkniętym garażu chociaż chyba niepotrzebnie bo na miejscu mogłem wypożyczyć całkiem dobre rowery.

Große Zimmer, super Essen hatten Halbpension bis 11:00 Frühstück und ab 16:00 Abendessen. Mit Anwendungen 13 auf 5 Tagen, hat gut getan und auch nicht stressig. Die Ostsee ist in 10 min erreichbar, Mückenschutz gaaanz wichtig, die Viecher kamen in der 2. Wochenhälfte! Unterbringung im Haupthaus, es ist alles älter und der Geruch, leider auch im Zimmer erinnert an Pflegestation, aber Flieder in Maßen hat etwas Veränderung gebracht und Fenster auf! Personal außer ein paar Ausnahmen sehr nett und können gut deutsch. Denke wir erscheinen nochmal, dann mit dem Zug, bei 10,-€ Parkplatzgebühren pro Tag........
