The location is exceptionally good, right in the city centre and close to all attraction; only a short walk. The apartment is good for a family; there is no parking but you can get parking in nearby place.

We paid 856$ for 2 nights to share with cockroaches. It was run down with worn out fittings and furniture. Horrible. The cockroach crawling over my toothbrush was gross. Stayed in room 102 and the road noise was terrible. I’ve paid $50 a night at a hostel and had a better experience. Avoid at all costs.

Awesome location could not fault how close it was to everything. We had a deluxe apartment which had a great view but unfortunately the rooms are very old and need a refurb. The pull out sofa was old and springs falling out, the bathroom was old and had paint peeling off the bath. The room had a funny smell every time we came back into it, probably due to the very old aircondtioner.

We booked 2 rooms for a family of 7 (including 3 senior citizens) as one reservation. We were allocated rooms in 2 different floors. When asked to put in the same floor, we were bullied and abused by the front desk staff. We were goaded to go to Hyatt regency for better service. This clearly reflects very low self-esteem of the reception staff. We were forced into a single bed in one of the rooms to be in the same floor. Imagine 76 year old tall person sleeping on the single bed, which is scooted between sofas. I have been a frequent international traveller, visited many countries, but never experienced such a bad reception. Either the front office staff is disgruntled employees or not suitable for customer facing jobs. Vey poor experience. Can't recommend this place to anybody.

The reception staff and housekeeping staff are beyond exceptional - better than some 5 star hotels! Great location and fantastic experience overall. Great value especially with early check in and late check out on offer. There are steep, narrow stairs leading to the front door so please contact the hotel staff before booking and keep this in mind if you have any accessability requirements.

The place is nice, handy to Convention Centre. BUT - rooms are very noisy at night. It's a busy intersection and the noise makes it difficult to sleep. It's also on a bus line which adds to the noise. There also a multitude of trucks, motorbikes etc, and the noise insolation is minimal.

The apartment was in a great location. It was across from the aquarium on Darling Harbor and near many restaurants. Bus and skyrail transportation was easy to use. We found the area to be safe. The Pit Street Mall was a quick walk away. The Mtro Apartments were a good value for the money, but keeps a new or cleaned sofa and and chair. The view over the harbor was a great addition.
