"For one don’t use TRIP.com to book your trip. You over pay and have unexplained charges on your card. The hotel was NOT in a good area at all. Did not feel safe especially at night. Homeless people all around and boarded up buildings. Did not look like the picture. The night person was not friendly at check in and parking was an issue all three nights. You’re not guaranteed a place to park at night if you don’t get back to the hotel early. We tried to get a refund and were unable to from the hotel or TRIP.com that says they guarantee your satisfaction. On the plus side our room was clean and nice. The TV didn’t work and I called the desk and she couldn’t help but thank goodness my husband got it fixed… had to adjust the cable cords…The breakfast was very good.. and the front desk people were friendly. We got the hotel room for my nephews wedding … because it said it was walking distance to many things. And that is true but you would need to carry a gun or knife upon starting your walk.
