Hotel Halo Szczyrk

The hotel is nice and cozy in appearance. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The ladies at the reception are very nice. A big plus for the gym, but unfortunately there were also some minuses that lower the hotel's rating, such as: - unfortunately, breakfasts often lacked many basic products, sometimes you had to wait an hour to refill them - I have never encountered anything like this in hotels. It was probably due to the poor service. Unfortunately, it put me off a lot and I was glad I didn't decide to have dinner at the hotel (if it was going to be the same as during breakfast). Nevertheless, the breakfasts themselves were tasty. - very cold water in the pool - a few degrees more and it would be a pleasure to use it, but unfortunately my son and I didn't want to use it. - thin walls - you could hear conversations, snoring of people from the next room - room cleaning - I don't know if this is the hotel standard, maybe not - the rooms were not cleaned every day, water, coffee/tea were not refilled. Generally, the hotel is nice, with potential, but in my opinion, a few things could be improved.
