A nice bath with a lot of different pools. A water could be warmer. I like that in the thermal bath area there is lot of greens. This makes the area even more relaxing. Despite my general experience was nice, lifeguard personnel was very unpolite! I would advise management to take care about their employees attitude and behaviour!

The hotel is very beautiful, and the staff is also friendly. BUT! The service is absolutely not at the level of a 4-star hotel. The breakfast and dinner are absolutely neither plentiful nor varied. At the buffet dinner, there are usually 3 main courses, 2 of which are low-budget (pasta/saucy dishes). Additionally, dinner is served in two shifts, which you have to decide upon at check-in. We chose the second shift (8:00 PM - 9:30 PM), but it happened several times that some dishes were no longer available to us. Breakfast is also very average, roughly at the level of a guesthouse. A positive aspect is the proximity to the bath, which can be accessed through a corridor.

We stayed here for 5 nights with a friendly family, enjoying the hotel amenities as well as the thermal bath. It is a great hotel for families, offering an indoor and an outdoor playground, a gaming area, good food suitable for adults and children alike and solid room options. We stayed in a two room apartment which are two double rooms with connecting door, which was great for us. We had a great time.

In dieser Therme werden mehr Gäste eingelassen als Liegen überhaupt verfügbar sind. Es ist für eine Therme sehr kalt und zu laut sowie definitiv überfüllt. Die Zimmer sind zwar groß und geräumig aber dennoch schmutzig! Das Service an der Bar versteht kein Wort Deutsch und dreht sich einfach um und geht ohne jemanden anders zu holen, dieser Deutsch oder zumindest Englisch versteht. Die Auswahl an Essen war zwar gut, aber dennoch war leider alles KALT! Kalte Suppen, sowie kalte bis lauwarme Hauptspeisen gehören hier zum Programm. Echt schade, dass diese/s Therme/Hotel sich disqualifiziert hat und kein Reiseziel mehr sein wird. Vor 10 Jahren waren wir das letzte Mal dort, wir waren mehr als begeistert aber seitdem hat sich alles zum Negativen verändert!

Aus nostalgischen Gründen sind wir in diesem Hotel/Therme zu Gast gewesen. Zuerst das Positive: das Zimmer für 3 Damen war ausreichend gross und auch sauber, die Terrasse zum Garten sehr gross. Dann allerdings waren etliche Dinge nicht nach unserem Geschmack: die Becken in der Therme sind zu kalt und wirken sehr ungepflegt, dass für die Sauna (wo nur weniges funktioniert) extra zu zahlen ist - unverständlich. Trotz Aufzahlung ließ sich der Schranken nicht öffnen - wir mussten mehrfach.drüber klettern bzw durchkriechen Das Abendbuffet ist auf Masse nicht Klasse ausgelegt, kaum ungarische Speisen in Ungarn; das Frühstück fanden wir besser - da gabs mehr Auswahl und auch ausreichend Obst und Müslizutaten.

In der Therme sehr kalt + kaltes Wasser hat nichts von Therme - sehr in die Jahre gekommen, kaputte Fließen wo man hinschaut. Sauberkeit ebenfalls mangelhaft, ob in der Therme oder Hotel. Zum „aufwärmen“ gibts 2 warme Whirlpools, die immer voll sind. Das Restaurant in der Therme ist ein Witz, qualitativ nicht mal ein Stern. Unmotiviertes Personal wo man hinschaut. Es richt stark nach Chlor oder nach Fritteuse je nachdem wo man sich aufhält. Verstehe nicht wie man hier entspannen soll… Im Hotel Restaurant teilweise kalte Speisen und oftmals mit Panade. Preise ähnlich wie in Ö. Preis-Leistung ist hier jedoch nicht mehr vorhanden. Wer also meint für wenig Geld ein Schnäppchen zu machen, tut dies auf Kosten der eigenen Nerven und Gesundheit. Rate jedem ab hier hin zufahren, man wird nur enttäuscht!!

Therme ist super, das Hotel überhaupt nicht, anfragen wurden bei der Rezeption mit : das können wir nicht abgewickelt, essen war lauwarm, service Personal während dem Essen total aufmerksam und nett, 15% Rabatt für Frühbucher wurden nicht abgezogen

Finger weg! Die Zimmern im Februar sind kalt, Heizung funktioniert nicht, keiner kümmert sich darum. Rezeption hat einen Techniker geschickt und Raumtemperatur war 21C , anschließen haben wir neues Zimmer auf dem 4.Stock bekommen, war bisschen wärmer, Heizung im Bad hat trotzdem nicht funktioniert, gibt keine Möglichkeit Badesachen zum trocknen weil die Heizung nicht funktioniert. Thermen Bereich ist alles ausser Therme! Es ist kalt, 2 kleinen Becken mit 34-36C sind IMMER voll und gibt keinen Platz. Frage mich wie die Kinder kaltes Wasser aushalten. Es gibt einen Schild dass die letzte Tage Wasser kälter als üblich ist, und es steht schon seit Wochen da. Sauna muss man vor Ort extra ca 5,5e zahlen. Wenig Auswahl, viele Leute, funktionieren nicht alle. Sehr wenig Liegen, man hat einfach keinen Platz sich danach zum entspannen. Das Essen war durchschnittlich , sehr wenig Auswahl, Tische beim Frühstück schmutzig . Preise im Restaurant/Bar mittlerweile wie in Österreich, nur die Leistung für ein 4* Hotel ist sehr arm.
