Niestety jestem bardzo rozczarowana restauracją. Niby taki wysoki standard a doliczyli do rachunku dwa piwa których nie zamówiliśmy. To takie słabe i mimo że ładne miejsce to duży niesmak pozostał.

Odnowiony ładny hotel, w bardzo dobrym miejscu niedaleko wyciągu na Szrenicę. Dostęp do hotelowych basenów Premium mountain na duży plus. Pokój czysty, przestronny, super wygodne łóżko i materac. Obsługa bardzo miła i śniadanie smaczne. Jednak największym minusem jest brak balkonu i klimatyzacji. Nasz pokój 41 na 4 piętrze to była sauna. Malutkie okna, brak klimatyzacji bądź wiatraków. Dzieci obudziły się z płaczem o 2am z powodu gorąca mimo otwartych okien. Sami też nie mogliśmy spać, rano byliśmy spuchnięci i zmęczeni. Bardzo szkoda. Nie plecam latem....

W hotelu jest bardzo czysto, hotel nastawiony na osoby dorosłe, bardzo romantyczny. Doskonały na wypad we dwoje. Śniadania są bardzo smaczne i urozmaicone. Przy hotelu znajduje się rewelacyjna restauracja z kuchnią włoską! Jeżeli chcesz spędzić udanie urlop popijając doskonale wino, relaksować się w saunie i słuchać jazzu w sali z wysokiej klasy sprzętem, to miejsce dla Ciebie. Cisza i spokój - tu to znajdziesz 👍

Świetna lokalizacja, hotel świeżo po remoncie to widać, pokoje czyste, przestronne, pyszne śniadania, profesjonalna obsługa, na miejscu polecam skorzystać z restauracji Albero. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu w Bossa Nova. Polecamy !

Wir waren zum Langlauf in Schreiberhau und haben mit Freunden in diesem Hotel übernachtet. Ein freundlicher Empfang, nagelneues Interieur und eine gute Küche (Frühstück und 1x Abendessen). Das Auto konnten wir im zugehörigen Hotelkomplex Platinum Mountain gegenüber parken. Zu Fuß ist man in 10 min. in der Innenstadt. Von uns eine klare Empfehlung.
