We were traveling from within Tokyo, but we stayed overnight as we were traveling with our 1-year-old and 3-year-old children!
From welcoming us at the entrance to checking out, all the staff were wonderful and we were very satisfied!
We often stay at 4-star hotels, but perhaps it was the personalities of the staff or the training they provided, but this was the first time in a long time that we were so impressed!
They were kind and polite, and we felt good both during our stay and after checking out, so it was a good memory.
If only there wasn't any traffic jams, this is a hotel we would use again!
We were also very satisfied with the attention to detail in the rooms!

We will definitely use this again when we go to Tachikawa!

Love this hotel so much. The staff are friendly and very helpful; the design is unique, harmonious and fashionable, and full of thoughtful touches; from the roof-shaped design of the false ceiling, practical and beautiful cabinets, to the lighting settings, selected free water, showers, every detail They all appreciate it very much; the scenery is first-class, and you can overlook Mount Fuji in the distance! The food in the restaurant was very good, I had a great time having dinner and breakfast!

It's great. I have no complaints about this hotel. I will stay here again next time. The surrounding environment is also very good. You can see Mount Fuji from the room. Showa Park is across the street. The service is very comfortable. It's not overly enthusiastic, nor is it inconsiderate. There is a lady at the front desk. I don't know her name, but she is great. She can speak Chinese and speaks it well. 🥰🥰😊

When I woke up in the morning I could see Mt. Fuji from the big window and it made me feel great right from the morning.
