"Me and my family enjoyed our stay here. The staff are nice. The room is clean and big, the amenities are complete. The hotel allow us to leave our baggages and allow additional guests with reasonable price. The staff are easy to approach with and very convenient to stay. It's near on the metro mall. The WiFi is too fast and we had a memorable night with my family. I really recommend this hotel. Perfect staycation for family."

"Hotel was good itself. Clean and good location.
But the only problem this time was the pool and food. We were not able to use the pool on the evening coz they were cleaning it., they put chlorine
And the food., so supposed to be it was buffet breakfast. But it was not. That was the only reason why we always choose this hotel, coz there breakfast was really good(the buffet)😋"

Next to it are McDonald's and other fast food restaurants, and there is also a mall very close by.
The overall environment of the hotel is clean
But there are ants on the floor in the room
The bathroom shower head is full of water
The air conditioner in the room is also relatively old and cannot blow in the direction of the bed, which is a pity.
But the overall accommodation is very good for this area."

"Me and my Wife went to Tacloban to see her family. This place was located next to beach resort, not far from shopping mall and lots of food places around. Also there's a 7/11 4min walking distance. AC wast the best, but kept me cool. Has WiFi although description say opposite. I would reckoned it if you need cheap place to just sleep at and next to beach. And very close to airport. "

"Nice location rooms are clean staff friendly and helpful only issue is our first room the door malfunctioned and jammed closed and would not unlock staff gave us another room was without our belongings all night until the next morning when they was able to finally get the first rooms door opened this is my second stay at this hotel things happen I would stay again"

"Great location, easy to get in and out of the city, near airport..The staff was wonderful. The hotel is well maintained. The beds were very firm, too firm for my liking. There were great restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.

And I could not have wished for a better place.
Really big rooms with everything you need.
And the pool area is just amazing.
Only thing I regret is that I could not stay longer ;)

DDa Ppl’s Champ.Overall, it was a nice experience due to the polite staff; nevertheless, the room was unkempt, had no window, and provided limited amenities. The buffet also offered a limited selection of food items. The staff needed to continue tidying the room. Thanks, Ironwood; see you again next time!

MMel122590The place is verygood mostly it is near to everything we need just the amenities is not really great slipper inside because the floor is wet and yet very cold the first room they give to us was the lock of the toilet door was broken but they change our room but the floor is wet i dunno if it's because of the humid or what ( but no slipper given) but over all it was a great experience in there i hope next time is is good.

GGuest UserThe hotel is generally fine. We enjoyed spending the night for sleeping. Staff are helpful, friendly and courteous. The rates are also low.
However, improvements on the food service is needed as the time coverage is limited. No breakfast offered earlier thank 10 AM. The TV has no cable nor accounts for streaming. The guest has to have its own account/code to access it. WIFI is also good but passwords are valid only 24 hours. Can be connected again for another password - a minor inconvenience.
