We found this gem of a B&B in Tadley when needing accommodation to attend a funeral. We stayed here for 2 nights & I can highly recommend it. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The host (Lesley) was a great host and provided a 10/10 cooked breakfast. This B&B is great for business professionals during the week or couples/families at anytime. Lesley was very friendly and provides a very high standard of accommodation & service.

Very disturbing sounds at night directly outside my door. Sent indecent images to my personal email afterwards just scary! Looks nice from outside but don’t be fooled. Loud barking constantly from the dogs. Also tried biting me! Run a mile

We had a great stay and I can’t speak highly enough of Lesley. Very welcoming and friendly and even dropped me to the nearby wedding venue to collect my car the following morning. The room was spacious, clean with an excellent en-suite. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. Would definitely recommend!!!

Stayed at Apple Tree B&B to attend a friends Birthday party. We received a warm welcome on arrival with Lesley helping with the luggage as my wife arm was in a sling. We were shown to our room which was absolutely lovely, bright, modern and clean with a beautiful en-suite.There are tea and coffee making facilities in the room. After a perfect nights sleep we went down to breakfast which is cooked to order with a choice of cereals, fruit, pastries and fruit juices. We also had the pleasure of meeting a local celebrity Ted ❤️❤️. All in all a very enjoyable stay and a great find so will be using again.

Lesley is most welcoming, felt like visiting family. Lovely home from home feel. Huge room, beautiful en-suite, very quiet and bedding was lovely. I’m fussy with pillows but these were great! Nice leisurely start in morning with tea making facilities in room. Lots of options for breakfast, hot choice cooked to order. Next time we are in Tadley, will definitely stay here again.

My wife and I stayed here for a couple of nights while attending a nearby wedding. We found Lesley to be the perfect host and always willing to make us coffee to have in the dining rooms as our friends were also staying there. Breakfasts were really nice and freshly cooked. Our room was spotless and comfortable and while our en suite was small every available sq cm had been used and therefore nothing was missing. We don’t like dogs but Lesley’s dog left us alone and was not a problem so non dog lovers should not be put off staying here.

Very well appointed and spotless. Lesley was the perfect host and her breakfasts were to die for! We were in need of a stopover for a local wedding and we’re so lucky to have found this perfect B&B in all respects.
