The room was clean and comfortable. The parking is good. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The kitchen catered for my wife's allergies with care and consideration. We thoroughly recommend this hotel for a short stay.

We stayed at the hotel for a trip to visit friends celebrating a birthday. We used it as a base for the two days. The hotel is quirky and definitely looking tired, but comfortable and got a good night sleep as standard on the premier inn mattress. This hotel and restaurant is in need of a refurbishment, but what stands it apart is the brilliant staff members working here. We’ve seen the same two staff members throughout the stay. They were friendly, approachable, polite and working well together as a team. They were working hard, and could have done with another pair of hands, especially during breakfast service. You couldn’t have asked for anything more from them! They are both a credit to the company!

There was no WiFi or signal meaning I could not do any work, the room was unbearably hot and if you opened the window you heard delivery trucks all night. There was black hair all over the bathroom and bed (neither my partner or I have black hair) It was my grandads funeral the next day so I wasn’t in a frame of mind to complain at the time. However the receptionist on arrival was lovely.

The room was very comfortable. Service was friendly and attentive. Staff went out of their way to answer questions and be helpful. I will be staying here again next month for an upcoming golf trip. I am very happy to recommend the hotel to others.

Room is clean & tidy as expected, welcome staff were fantastic & exceptionally helpful. Would definitely recommend THIS premier inn. Shower was powerful too. Bed was comfy. No complaints. Lily was a stand out at the desk as she greeted us & was funny too.

Efficenct and friendly staff, couldn't do enough to help us. Perfect for short stay. Food basic but perfectly fine. Great customer service and prompt delivery. Good choice of beers wines and spirits. When required more sauces were offered.

Rooms and bathrooms are dated and need a refurbished Check was ok friendly staff and good parking. Had to wait 10 minutes in a queue for dinner and told to come in 20 minutes to order, second night after queuing again Told to come back ln 15 minutes. Only 13 people in the restaurant absolute joke The buffet breakfast is disgusting, cold and been sitting around far too long absolute waste of money And that’s on both mornings.
