We enjoyed our staff at the hotel. The rooms were clean, the staff were polite and helpful and the entire resort was safe and secure. Some of the amenities can be improved like the door locks and the wi-fi in the rooms, but generally the staff responded to these matters immediately. The food at the restaurant was excellent. Will return again soon.

**Never again.** Our stay was extremely disappointing. The pool was completely non-functional—filthy, green, and full of algae. From its condition, it seemed like it hadn’t been used in a long time, yet *T House* still advertises having a pool. This is incredibly misleading, especially for families looking for a staycation with kids. To make matters worse, the hotel staff showed no remorse. We booked four rooms, and I even called right after booking to check the pet policy, yet no one mentioned that the pool was out of order. Was this an intentional omission to secure more bookings? The lack of transparency and customer care is unacceptable. We won’t be coming back.

I like this place because they offer rooms with more inclusions- aside from breakfast, an additional meal is included per night of stay. They also give 30min free massage. Not sure though if I just happen to book on a promo. The place is nice and relaxing. The staff are friendly and efficient. They have nice plants and flowers all over the place. The bed is really huge, bigger than califonia king, plus a sofa in the room.
