We just stay for the night and if you want a place to just relax this is for you. the place is nice and peaceful.
We just dont want the room been given to us we request a room with a view but they’ve given us a view of the residents houses beside the hotel hehe.

We had a wonderful stay. Room is clean. Superb breakfast, nice view and kuddos to ALL staff from concierge, front desk, security, restaurant staff and housekeeping they are all friendly and courteous 💗

i stayed here alot and keep coming back because of the amazing services. Clean and nice quality of the hotel room having a nice sleep everytime we stay here special thanks to Sir Vhong for giving the best service every time we stay here i even recommend this hotel to my family and friends

Had an amazing restful time at Via Appia Tagaytay! We checked in late so we were kinda worried we wouldn't be able to fully enjoy the stay, but it's still a nice experience.
Toiletries and slippers were provided, towels weren't in the room yet so we had to request and it took some time for the staff to deliver it to our room since they're fully booked and we were informed that there was only one staff doing room service that night, probably because it was already a bit late. But other than that, the staff and even the guards are all accommodating and super nice. Plus points that they are not super strict with pets, unlike other "pet-friendly" hotels.
Serving of breakfast took a bit of time but the food is nice nonetheless. Property is far from the Taal View but the view from the room and the open area of the hotel is beautiful in itself and also very relaxing. Good for families!
We weren't able to use the heated pool and the game room due to lack of time, so I'd recommend staying here for 2 nights or more.
