The description of the apartment is incorrect and misleading information provided. We were being advised ”If you wish the 3 br I suggest cancelling the reservation and rebooking and book the Standard Family Suitee” which we did and it turned out that the third bedroom that we have is a utility room,, with a washing machine and just a ventilation fan in the roomwith no windows and very small, and it mentioned 2 futon beds which was wrong. Instead there was a bunk bed. The room was stuffy, smelly, no air condition. We ended up renting another room for the third person as the utility room is not liveable. It will be good if it is fully indicated that the third room is in such bad condition in the description instead of putting misleading information. Very dissappointed with it as it doesn't match what mentioned though the service of the staff are good, very helpful, but still not able to do anything. The other 2 rooms are normal and up to our expectations.

Location & View: 💯 Highly recommended. The location and view are excellent. That said, the place is very busy, so late check-out isn’t accommodated—which is understandable considering the constant turnover. With guests coming in and out and a full unit to clean (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living area), it’s realistic to expect that it may not always be pristine. I booked this place twice, one week apart, staying almost a week each time. I’m a bit of a clean freak, so even in 4–5 star hotels I bring disinfectant and alcohol. For Airbnbs especially, I don’t feel comfortable using towels or beddings knowing how some guests can be inconsiderate. This place is a combination of pros and cons for me. I love the location, space, and layout, but during my first stay I noticed signs that the bed linens may have been tidied rather than fully changed. Because of that, I brought my own bed cover and sheets and didn’t use the comforter. For my second booking, I communicated with the very responsive owner and requested flexibility with check-in so cleaning wouldn’t be rushed. That made a big difference—the unit was noticeably cleaner (even the couch was vacuumed), which I really appreciated. One suggestion: adding shower curtains or upgrading to shower doors would help keep the bathroom floors dry—it’s always nice to see dry bathroom floors. Overall, I love the place and would still recommend it, especially for the location and space, but cleanliness details really matter for guests like me.

Great value hotel close to BGC center. The hotel was around 20 minutes by Grab from NAIA, and the ride cost about ₱254 / €3.61. A ₱1,000 deposit was required, but it was returned without issue at checkout. The location was very convenient. Jollibee was about 650m away, Uptown Mall was around 950m away, and most places were within walking distance. The streets felt safe, with guards and surveillance in the area. The staff were friendly, and the hotel was pretty good for the price. I liked that it was inexpensive while still being close to the main BGC area. I would stay here again!

My family booked 3 rooms for our stay to celebrate the New Year Countdown in BGC. It was a last minute booking but I could say that it was actually worth it. Pros: ●Near Market Market, 5 mins ride if using grab/indrive and 5 mins jeepney ride from Market Market and another 5 mins walk from Buting to the hotel( as it was new years eve booking a ride takes time so we opted to ride a jeepney) ●Complimentaries are complete, from toiletries to coffee ● Wifi is working very fine ● The hotel staff are very easy to talk to, as there was no refrigerator in our rooms the staffs accomodate our ice to be put in their refrigerator. ● The rooms are very clean and the airconditioning is very cold ● The hotel location is near in a convenience store(7/11) and a grocery(Dali). They are also near a very good biryani chicken, ice cream and coffee shop. It may be located near residentials but it felt calm and the neighborhood is actually clean Cons ●Do not expect for a astonishing view as it was in a residential area, which we actually didn't mind cause we are only staying for a night ● Our room is to small to eat in one room for 7 people, (but the staff actually recommend their breakfast area downstairs to be use if we want to) ● One room we booked has a smelly feet smell Overall the cons didn't affect our stay, and it was a very good stay, i am definitely recommending it.

We had a great experience during our stay at the @Residences at BCCT, the staff were very polite and friendly, we brought our fur babies with us(not free, but this is stated in their policy) we booked a studio type room, but they upgraded us immediately to a 1 room just below the Pent house, which we were very grateful, the location was also very good as the mall (sm aura) was just across it, the infinity pool was also instagramable, as the view was amazing during the day and especially at night, the O2 Cafe bar was also a sight to see during the night, and the prices are justifiable, the food also was amazing, no wonder there was a long line of people during the evening to get a table there, the complimentary breakfast was so-so, we had pancake and bacon, as well as their beef kebab bowl, I enjoyed the kebab though, I didn't give a full rating on cleanliness because I could tell they didn't vacuum the room bec of the dust and left over bits by the previous guests, but it was compensated by the polite staff and let us extend our stay ouside of the regular checkout time, my overall rating is 9.5/10

AC unit is noisy and it's near the flight path and above venice mall vents so it's very noisy. Service is excellent and the apartment is located above venice and a 5 minutes walk under the mall's superstructure. It is well priced but we left due to the noise.

The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, making it incredibly convenient to get around. Additionally, the service is excellent—the staff are very welcoming and attentive. 飯店的地點真的極好，交通和生活機能都非常方便！服務人員的態度也極佳，讓人感覺很親切。 However, the room facilities could be improved. The bathroom towels had a noticeable odor, and the bathroom door was broken, which slightly impacted the overall stay. 比較美中不足的是房間設施，浴室的毛巾有點味道，而且廁所門是壞的，這點稍微影響了住宿體驗。 Overall, it is still an OK place to stay, mainly because the location is such a huge advantage. It would be perfect if they could improve the cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities. 整體來說還是OK的，畢竟位置優勢很強，如果布列塔尼BGC飯店能改善衛生和設備維護就更完美了。

The environment is great, it's an apartment-style high-rise building, close to supermarkets and malls, which is very convenient. The price is right, and you only need to check in once. There are so many food options nearby, highly recommended!

Late confirmation from property. Good location to Venice Mall CS sent a blurred email confirmation to the front desk. Did not provide detailed info on where the Viceroy is located. . No parking was the downside. I had to park at the mall parking nearby and overnight parking + parking fee until checkout the next day cost me 500 pesos from 7:30pm until 12:30 the next day. Toilet smelled of urine when I entered. Pls disinfect toilet thoroughly. Not sure if pillow cases and bed sheets are replaced after each guests. Please replace the bath mat or provide a clean one. Reasonably sized room.dining table and chairs are not comfortable. Good that there are no cockroaches inside. Generally clean Air conditioning is cold and comfortable👍

The room is nice, cozy, spacious, and clean, and the reception staff are friendly. The only problem is that the shower isn’t working. Hopefully, it gets fixed soon because overall, the hotel room is recommended.
