Location is great! Contact person is very responsive and helpful with questions or needs. I just hope there was a bidet and a shower curtain as the water runs down through the sides of the tub to the floor and the wifi could have been better as we barely has any connection. But all in all the unit is great and everything is working great!

We had an amazing overnight stay at Thompson, Booking was incredibly easy, and their prompt and detailed responses made the process smooth from start to finish. Jen even went the extra mile by meeting us at the lobby and personally assisting us to the unit. The unit itself exceeded our expectations—it was spotless and smelled fresh, with clean and comfortable sheets that felt better than a hotel. They provided everything we could need and more, including slippers, toothbrushes, towels, complimentary water, tea, Coke, and cookies. The XBox was a fantastic bonus that added to the experience. The air conditioning was perfectly cold, and the cozy comforters made our sleep absolutely delightful. The two queen-size beds were spacious and a great value for the price. Check-out was as hassle-free as the rest of our stay, making the whole experience seamless and relaxing. This place is a hidden gem, and I can’t recommend it enough! We will definitely be coming back.

The host is very responsive and took care of all our request prior to arrival specifically the parking. They made sure that we checked in comfortably.
It is a home but with a hotel type of service. The condo staff are also very polit and would open the doors for you. Their cleaners also made sure to provide us the requested supplies we needed during the stay. The toilteries are complete! from shampoo, soaps, shower caps, slippers and comb! - these stuff usually is only available in hotels. We also used the washing machine which helped us get clean clothes before we left.
Is it worth our money? Yes, and I will surely book in this place or with the same host again. They view is also very stunning!
By the way, if booking 7 days they have free airport shuttle service!

Both of my parents have enjoyed their stay at Thompson Suites. They said, “it’s the best sleep we had for a short vacation”. The room is clean, very organized and very minimalist. The host is very accommodating and making sure the their guests is well informed and would feel relaxed of their stay. Would definitely recommend Thompson Suites 👍👍

You cannot have a guest in your room (not even one person for one minute) unless you go through a multi-step process of communication with the unit's staff and the lobby staff, waiting for approval, showing IDs, etc. If you request approval outside of office hours you are out of luck.
(I wish Trip.com would acknowledge this is NOT a hotel - it is a privately owned condo unit, professionally managed almost as if it is a hotel room, except for the huge disadvantage regarding guests. It needs to be in a separate category of type of stay.)
