The good: once I had the right room, it was great. Great location with a connection to the mall. Great view on a high floor.
The bad: I was given the wrong room from the one I booked. The host did not respond until I eventually had to contact trip.com, and they were able to contact the host. Basically, I was able to get the corrwxt room the next day, which was great except for when i discovered there was no toilet paper anywhere to be found in the room. I was given the wrong combo to the room and wouldn't have been able to enter if it wasn't for the help of the nice cleaner. The room wasn't ready, and I had to wait for cleaning after i arrived at checkin time.
I had a LOT of problems with booking this place. If not for all the issues, it would have been great. I guests Goodluck to the next guests.

The unit is clean and comfortable to stay in, Aircon is cold and working they also provide shampoo and toothpaste.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect, with easy access to public transport. Guards were attentive and helpful. Amenities like 7-Eleven, parking and the cafe downstairs added convenience. Cleanliness and reception staff's warm hospitality impressed. Great value for the price!

The hotel delivers what it promises. The fresh-smelling bedding, well-functioning air conditioning, and excellent shower stood out. I appreciated the convenient desk for studying and plenty of power outlets. Staying on the upper floors minimized noise from the city, making for a peaceful stay. The location and price are great, especially being near uptown mall

Great location but renter is a Chinese woman who is difficult to understand and instructions not the clearest. Make sure you have a local phone number or Skype to call her for the instructions on the check in. Other than that decent Airbnb style condo studio unit with everything you need and great location.

The unit is spotless. I Love the interior design. The kitchen appliances and other stuff are complete, and the bathrooms and shower sink has hot water with hair blower too.
Towels and bedsheets are bery clean and smells so goood!
Very responsive hosts, kind & considerate.
The balcony view was the pool and garden, and the pool was big and clean.
The bldg receptionist and guards are very hospitable.
We will keep coming back to stay 🤩
