F1 Hotel Manila BGC

I had a great stay at F1 Hotel in BGC! The check-in and check-out process was incredibly smooth and fast. The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walking distance to BGC High Street, making it very convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring the area. The room was spacious, with comfortable beds and pillows that ensured a restful sleep. The food was also a highlight—delicious and with good variety. Overall, F1 Hotel is a good choice for anyone visiting BGC.

The hotel was much nicer than expected with the staff being extremely friendly. The breakfast buffet was very good.

Hotel location is good but the hotel needs a spruce up, toilet doors laminate are falling apart, shower taps leaking, only one toilet roll provided, wifi is bad and only for 3 devices max (once log in, cannot change to another device) . breakfast area, nobody pay attention to new customers who require cutlery on an empty table, sugar, salt and pepper not on every table, etc. At least the staff are friendly

The only aspect I appreciate about this hotel is its location; otherwise, I'm not a fan. The staff do not seem particularly friendly, and I was initially checked into a room type that I did not book. I’m unsure if this was intentional or not. When I inquired with the staff, they provided me with unreasonable explanations that I found unacceptable. The building is often very crowded, and the breakfast area is consistently filled with people, yet there aren't enough staff members to clean the tables or manage food preparation. Additionally, I noticed some staff members were simply chatting instead of attending to their duties.

From the sublime to the ridiculous  1. Lifts - for an attendant to see people waiting and usher in an arriving guest and close the door before others enter - poor 2. Caesar Salad - a disgrace - three lettuce leaves and some stale bread and charge 800php - when told about this a smart hotel would give a refund and apologise - in this case we will inform the chef - better to send him back to school  3. Check out - poor - I had to change my plans and informed them in advance would leave one day early and come back Sunday - result - they and trip.com kept the extra day and the. Will charge me a new charge for the next stay - ridiculous 4. Concierge - barring the incident about one of the team was excellent and deserves full praise for their attention to detail and service  In short can do a lot better for the price and as for trip.com inflexibility - you can keep the money and lose the customer - no issue won’t be booking again via you there are other sites more flexible and understand how to serve a customer better

Everything was good!! I had no problem in the few days we stayed here except for the shower haha it’s either super cold or super hot (idk if we’re just dumb af) but we figured out something, when we turned the faucet in the sink and opened the shower the water gets perfectly warm
